	Not holding too much hope, but my transaction from just over a year ago is now back at tracking having been previously denied like many others. After appealing through TCB and a few nudges and comments, they have found the transaction again and I guess I now have another looonnnngg wait for it to be denied again. At least it wastes some of More Thans time though!

	Went from pending to payable, and I now have the money! Very pleased. Be patient, the cashback will arrive... Stands to reason that it will take a while to reach you, as the company wouldnt want to risk customers disappearing after a few months with a pile of free cash.

	Took out my home insurance in Feb. Tracked quickly saying that I would get the cash at the end of June which is fair enough. No point in paying out big referal fees for folk to cancel their insurance straight away. Money in the bank and no problems whatsoever. Just remember to clear out all your cookies before clicking through the deal as if you went though a comparison website to get a quote first, they'll get your cashback as they will claim they referred you.

	I cannot recommend this merchant. It took months to confirm for payment. The cashback did come through, but it does mean you have to constantly keep an eye on what's going on. Don't go with More Than just for the cashback, make sure you would choose them anyway.

	Just received cashback today, that's a June payment for a transaction which was made in October! They need to get their act together here, judging by the other comments someone is sitting on our cashback for a long time before handing it out, but at least it is forthcoming in the end!

	HALLELUJAH !!! After months of checking to see if I'd been paid and having no or little faith in the TCB website, I have FINALLY received my £65 - thank you very much - it only took 8/9 months instead of the 3 months it stated ... they're still offering new money back deals with Morethan, so unless they've got a new strategy to pay subscribers 'pronto' be prepared to wait a looooooooooooooooooooooooooong time !

	Good News: Having switched my home insurance in February I was given a payout date for the end of June. I noticed this was later moved to the end of July. I tracked the comments on here regularly and despite assurances from tcb I was very sceptical about receiving my cashback from Morethan. However, I've just logged in today I've noticed that the payment has become payable some time within the last week. I have requested the payment immediately. I guess to summarise, you must delete ur history, then go to no website other than tcb and do ur morethan transaction directly through tcb, making sure no other cookies or anything are on ur computer. I did everything according to tcb guidelines and have been pleasantly surprised to have been awarded my £50.00 after all the bad experiences by other users. I can onl wish all other users dealing with morethan good luck.

	Like others who have posted negatively in the past, I have now received my payout. I did a lot of chasing with TCB and I suspect that together with all the other negative posts this may have flushed out some action, especially as I was threatening to go to Trading Standards. Or maybe it's just coincidence. It's a healthy sum of money though and so I guess worth it in the long run. I do feel that TCB should be stricter on the recalcitrant payers however and suspend them when they don't pay up promptly

	Having re-visited other users comments regarding this insurer, it appears that this is a regular occurence that the cashback is reduced to zero a couple of days before this is due for payout, despite the transaction being confirmed. As this appears to be an unscrupulous way of this insurer luring customers into purchasing their products, is it not time for Top Cash Back to take action and remove them from their list of retailers and for MoreThan to be reported to Trading Standards?

	Purchased My home insurance on 1st April 2010 - cashback never tracked - Submitted a manual claim to TCB and they have put it on ice until 30th June so they wont even start chasing until then. Wish I had read all of the reviews for More Than before I purchased - my advice steer clear!!!!!!!!!
