	Took out a van policy at the end of Oct 09. Has in the last few days become payable. Very surprised as its £85 I had given up on. Wouldn't recommend though.

	Absolute rubbish!! I would not get insurance based on their promise of cashback. I took insurance out last July and have still not been paid out, my promise of £70 was pending for months and then removed completely from my account. Cashback have chased More Than twice but as yet i'm still waiting and to be honest do not expect to get paid out now. Will certainly be transferring to a different insurer in July, just grateful i haven't had to make a claim looking at the comments of people who have.

	I have received my cleared payment today after a long wait but received £90 so worth the wait. Just be patient and chase with topcashback if not paid when said it would. Very pleased.

	After several months of my Cashback not even tracking, it finally appeared last week and has become payable a couple of days later. So despite the long, long wait, £80 is on its way to my bank! Hang on in there!

	Just want to say after months of trying I have finally got my CB from More Than. So do not give up eventually you will get your CB just stand your ground with them and it will happen. Thanks TCB for helping.

	I purchased my car insurance at the beginning of October 2009 and they finally paid me my £65.00 on May 27 2010, it took nearly 8 MONTH to get the cash back. Was it really worth the wait???? I wouldn't use More Th>n again.

	Further to my post on 25/03/10 'Took 2 policies out, 1 on 24/09/09 and 1 on 25/10/09. A bit of a delay and payable date put back 1 month on both however 1st policy has just become payable, £70 albeit almost 1 month after deferred date. Just waiting for 2nd to be paid £78' The 2nd has now been paid, I never contacted TCB or More Than at any time, I just followed their instructions when buying and then waited.

	Just checked and its now payable after 7 months. I think the reason they take so long is if they paid the cashback sooner what is to stop you cancelling and moving somewhere else after payt. Bit frustrating but got there in the end. Thanks TCB

	Still waiting for cashback 8 months after taking out a car policy. As if that is not enough, I experienced awful customer service today when I rang to amend my policy with a change of car. I don't recommend them at all.

	I have been in regular contact with More Than over my payment. They have phoned me several times to see if i had been paid yet as they paid my cashback 2 months ago!!! Every time i ask topcashback where it is i get fobbed off and they keep saying it'll be another few weeks. I'm sick and tired of this now and will be taking this further!!

	I expected a long wait, up to 6 months, but now I'm up to 7 months and it's still marked as confirmed. Will I ever see it? Can someone post who has recieved cash back from them for car insurance recently and say how long it took. Ta

	AT YOUR PERIL!! I have been waiting for ten months now and no further forward - showing as pending for 9 months! Could have had a child quicker!!?? And furthermore, response from TCB a little bit pointless and routine with them actually taking any action?? What as this bunch still doing on this website??

	Took our Car Insurance with More Th>n in July 2009. Still waiting on my cashback to be paid. I am in the process of contacting Watchdog as I feel I have been very MORE Th>n fooled. I think everybody in the same sitution should e-mail Watchdog, give them a taste of their own bad advertisment!

	@Tina08 - can you please give me the department you spoke to or the name of the person you spoke to at morethan. I have already spoken to morethan once. I spoke to someone from the far east and they didn't seem to have a clue about this tcb promotion. This was before tcb assured me I'd get my payment in due course. But I want to be doubly sure....if you know what I mean ;)

	I've been waiting for about 6 months too - tracked very quickly but More Than just aren't paying. Maybe it would help if we all get in touch with TopCashBack and ask for help - it seems as if nobody is going to get anything at the rate without some action! I'll be contacting More Than directly too - they must deal with TopCashBack as the claim is coming in as tracked! Good luck everyone!

	awful service, I have started complaining direct to MoreThan themselves as I don't believe TCB do anything to chase the issue, I think they just wait for the money to come in. I received a letter from MoreThan mid April saying I would get cashback "late April early May"........you can guess the rest can't you.
