	I am still waiting for my cash back. I took out my policy in October so it is well overdue. I'm not one to take no for an answer so i phoned more than and when i was told they don't deal with topcashback i demanded to speak to a manager. The manager put me through to the department who deals with cash back. These people hav been so helful, i don't think i can fault their service. They initially told me they would call me back, which i did not believe but they did call back and had rushed my payment through. They are not technically lying when they say they don't deal with topcashback. They pay an intermediary, who then pass the payment on to topcashback. It appears that on Monday this intermediary sent back months worth of payments to more than as they have lost all of the account information regarding the payments. I have been assured that these payments will be resent within the next couple of weeks so don't give up :-)

	used top cash back for other purchases and received my cash back without any problems, but tried to buy my life insurance through more than via this site and three months later it's still saying no transactions reported from merchant. launched an enquiry but won't hold my breath, going to cancel the insurance a.s.a.p out of principle.what a scam

	Just another one to add to the list of disappointed customers! I took out home insurance last September expecting £70 cashback, this showed up initially but was later reduced to £0 payable. It does seem that the company are misusing TCB for false advertising. I will not be using More Th>n again on principle, even if they did come out as the best value (which they probably wouldn't anyway). I will keep on chasing the claim, but don't feel very hopeful. 	Have waited 8 months now for cashback for my Car Insurance in September 2009 which is still "PENDING". Not very happy at all and have had no communication to say when this will be paid. I also had a pet insurance policy with MoreThan. I took this out in October 2009 and last week it went to payable at £0 after 7 months. Have put in a claim. I'm very worried about the previous comments and this retailers ability to pay out cashback.

	I have been waiting for 6 months now for my cashback - its nearly time for this years car insurance! I will see how things turn out i.e. if i actually get the cashback at all!!! It will influence me as to whether i actually consider More Than as a future insurer - no-one likes to think they have been misled and the only way is to vote to my feet! They have still time to pay out so watch this space.......

	Do not deal with this company if you are expecting to get cashback! This is a SCAM!!!!!! My cashback tracked quite quickly and after waiting for months, I have now got a message saying that Topcashback are still awaiting the £65.00 from More Than. I decided to ring More Than and was informed that this company DOES NOT deal with TopCashback!!!! I paid for my insurance in full and now find that I took it out under false pretences! I will now be cancelling my insurance AND contacting the FSA and trading standards! :(((

	Still waiting over 6 months from More than for £65 off their car insurance. i have used the AA for my dad and they have paid straight away. lots of people are having problems with more than so why doesnt top cash back site just remove them from their site.
