	My renewal is due anyday now and guess what a year later...still no cashback. I'm off to Aviva who do what they say on the tin. So those members who report 'tracked quickly' that is the only thing that will. As for members thinking of using more than...Forget It people just read comments and see how many 'paid up quickly's you can find eh?

	Worst company by a million miles, took 3 months to confirm and then goes back to pending after 1 month where it stayed for a further 3 months before being refused.

	Purchased my insurance with More Than in Novemebr last year. Tracking showed that cashback would be available in January. Got to January and payment date moved back to April? It is now the middle of may and still nothing. As like many others I only went withem beacause the cashback made the insurance cheaper.

	I bought insurance from More than through this site in October 09 and am STILL waiting! The site can give no indication of when the cash will become payable!

	What can I say .... I took out car insurance at the start of October 2009, was told £65 was winging it's way within 3 months of accepting the policy. It is now May 2010 and I have still not had my money sent .... all Topcashback states is pending and there seems to be no way of finding out what's going on - may have to refer to the FSA as this is misleading customers with the promise of bonuses which don't materialise

	This merchant takes FOREVER to pay up. i have been waiting over 6 months for them to pay out. i has been at confirmed status for about 3 months but has got no further. Am giving up hope on ever getting the cashback. Certainly won't be renewing with them!!!!

	Still waiting 6 months for £80 cashback offered with home insurance - don't rely on this if you think you can offset the higher price they charge you against any expected cash back

	Don't buy from More Than if you want to receive your cashback. I bought car insurance over 6 months ago from More Than as it offered £75 cashback and still hasn't been paid.

	what a joke of a company.new customers look elsewhere!!!!!!! i purchased home insurance in october 2009 as it was advertising £80 cashback. its now may - 7 months later and still no cashback. it has a payable date of march 2010 which has been and gone. i cant see why they are still advertising morecon on this website, i feel like ive been tricked. if i had known i would have to wait 7 months plus for cashback then i would have purchased elsewhere. topcashback obviously are not bothered and appear to be doing nothing to chase the cashback up for its customers. with all the negative comments why do they advertise this poor company???? 100% unhappy experience, annoyed with morethan for not paying up, 7 months is a joke! annoyed with topcashback for tricking customers into buying products with false cashback advertising. DONT BOTHER, NOT WORTH THE HASSLE, DONT GET CONNED !!

	Given that i'm now at nine months (purchased last August), with a manual claim and several nudges to TCB included, I think it's safe to say that they have no intention to pay. May try a complaint or two directly with MoreThan, but taking a policy is certainly not recommended based on my experience thus far.

	Took out Contents Insurance on 10/10/09...not even in my Pending section yet!! Although I slightly take heart from the previous comment, it's been 7 months of waiting. VERY poor show!

	MoreThan are advertising £100 cashback this time when they are over six months behind with last years payments of £75!!! Will try another insurer this time I'm afraid!

	RUBBISH!!!! DO NOT BUY INSURANCE BASED ON ANY CASH BACK PROMISES....AS THESE APPEAR TO BE FALSE? ONLY BUY IF THEY ARE THE LOWEST QUOTE REGARDLESS OF CASH BACK PROMISE!!! 	Not only do More Than not pay out their cashback on time but their customer service for car insurance is terrible with overseas call centres, misdirected transfers of telephone enquiries and a general lack of care or concern for their customers. I should have guessed that of what to expect when the cashback wasn't paid on time and slipped back again (took insurance in October and strill waiting for cashback in May). Making an insurance claim was an excessively protracted and frustrating process. AVOID!
