It's 8 months since I took out the last of my 3 insurances with more than and I have just cancelled the first and gone with Aviva instead. I hope to get paid out by Aviva and will be taking my other insurances to them as they become due. Avoid MoreThan my cashback has disappeared from my payments list and their customer services in India is shoddy and unhelpful if you have a query.Aviva very helpful and uk call centre too.

why can't TCB give us an update of how far along they are in completing manual claims. I took my insurance out in August and am still waiting for £70 to be paid. If we knew how far they were progressing I'm sure people would be satistiffied with this information instead of keeping us in the dark!!

Hmmm, I purchased pet insurance in August, submitted a missing claim for £25. The claim was put on hold and resubmitted in september. I have send several nudges, but so far, my purchase fails to track. Not impressed at all, in the least with the lack of any communication. The small amounts of cashback never fail to track, but when a merchant is offering a larger amount for a certain time, it usually does not track and do not get paid out

Waiting for confirmation, but I have faith in the TopCashBack team to do their best, as all my other purchases have provided cash from various merchants. Cannot believe how simple the process is. Buy--sit back-- and collect!!

I think perhaps this website should stop having the link to 'more than insurance' as it is not doing this usually reliable website any favours. The customers are being deceived thinking they will get cashback when they obviously are not. I am now out of pocket cashback payment wise to the tune of £110 !!!! I obvoiusly will be going elsewhere.

Like many others, my cashback has just been reduced from £56 to zero. Since this is more than 100 days after the transaction in September I am unable to submit a missing cashback claim. More Th>n are abusing the system by forcing purchasers to wait more than 4 months before declining their claim. Goodness know what their customer service is like if this is how they treat their new customers. I won't be using them again for insurance, even if they are the cheapest.

Not sure why there is a delay on payment of cashback. Looks like it might be over 5 months now given expected payment date of April!! Either More Than are holding on to the money or Top Cash Back need to hold it in their bank account for longer now the interest rates are so low. Disappointing given that I have recommended site to lots of people.

Been waiting over 4 and half months for cashback and still no joy. Topcashback are no help. They keep telling me 90 days. They obviously have problems counting. This will be the last thing I get through Topcashback as I have had to put in claim for EVERYTHING I have been entitled to. Worse than useless.

Hi, i too took out insurance feb 09 and still waiting for payment. More Than are actually stating now they havent paid it because policy was cancelled....obviously it wasnt and they just dont want to honour payments. Wouldnt hold your breath if your waiting for this company to pay up!!!

Took out insurance last year and am months overdue for my payment. I'm very disappointed with Morethan and TCB for not resolving the issue sooner and still allowing other people to fall into the same trap! Its just not good enough!!!

It seems there is a running theme in all the comments posted of late...I took out home insurance in September and have passed the 90 day period they claim to need before doing anything and have heard nothing. The comments I read before mine don't give me much hope for receiving my cashback anytime soon, if ever!!! Please prove me wrong...

over 5 months since took out car insurance and still waiting for cashback.this is the longest any retailer has took to pay me.pity they dont pay out as fast as they take your premium out of your account.tcb needs to DO moreth>n.

Nearly six months now since I purchased my car insurance. Cashback showed up almost immediately and was also confirmed in really good time. Unfortunately I've still not had any money though!!

Have just arranged car insurance through MoreThan and am expecting £40 cashback as advertised. I am in process of placing my home insurance but the website would not let me pay by either debit or credit card - it suggested I telephone to discuss (and thereby avoid the £65 cashback expected) - how devious ! Having now read the comments of others on here, I shall be going elsewhere for my home insurance. What is TCB doing to police this company who seem to be flouting the system ?

I took out policy in March 2009 £70 confirmed until November then changed to payable as £0. TCB have remmoved many hundreds of similar comments and the have also made searching for More Th>n difficult through their search engine. I think TCB need to warn their members that 1) Payment will take significantly longer than the estimated 90 days and 2) a large number of customers cashback is reduced to zero when it becomes payable. I will never use More Th>n again.

More Than - if you want cashback dont bother - owed over £68.00 for 2 car insurance policies, both run and paid exactly as should have been, cashback shown as due for 11 months, didn't renew and cashback dropped to zero. Appalling.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I took out House Insurance with them August 2009 & I am still insured with them. My cashback should have been £60 but when it became payable it dropped to zero. I have claimed but still had nothing!!!

Looks like I was luckier than most. I took out Home insurance with More Than in Dec 2008 with a promised £55 cashback which tracked. It later dropped to £39. I put in a claim for the difference. The £39 was eventually paid but am still waiting, more than a year on, for the difference! Needless to say I changed companies and suprise suprise the same thing has happened with the new insurers Aviva.

Yes, I have even submitted a request online but alias not even TCB have replied to it. Was promised £55 cashback from More Than when I called as the site was not working. I refused to take out unless I was given the cashback or discount as I had a cheaper price from my renewal company. In the end spin and lies were told to me as I was promised the Cashback in 3 months. Beware of their Foreign call centres, they basically lie to you. Had to complain directly on FIVE occasssions. I threatend to take More Than to the Ombudmen service and this week a nice shiny cheque from More Than. I used to work in insurance so I know the procedure, it costs insurance companies around £400 to "see you" at the Ombudsmen so if their agents promise to honour the cashback - before you take the policy - then they have to as it was a condition of the sale. Nice £55 cheque but it was my legwork.
