ok so it seems to me that there is not one person here who is satisfied with the outcome of this more than offer. Seemingly, nobody has been honoured their cash back, despite promises and assurances from topcashback. And despite this I have tcb's word that i will receive my payment by the due date or within a couple of weeks after that by the very latest. My payment was tracked by tcb and morehtna have confirmed the policy sale as a genuine and valid sale. So, I took the innitiative myself to get intouch with morethan. As commented by everyone on here morethan will deny they know anything of the cashback offer and that tcb have to deal with it and give you the cashback. Dumb person could not understand the concept - that morethan give tcb commision for selling the policy for morethan, and from that commision tcb give you the quoted cashback offer. They kept saying 'oh tcb have promised you the money go to them'. Eventually, I managed to get the idea round this person's head about how cashback sites operate with commision etc. Still they wanted to shrug me off, as if it's a known problem that doesn't want to be dealt with or resolved. So I asked for my details to be passed to the relative morethan promotions department to look into my policy+tcb offer as morethan have apparently confirmed my policy and cashback offer with tcb already. I have asked for some sort of confirmation and feedback (telephone call, letter or email) and after asking how long it would take the staff vaguely answered 'about 5-working days you will get letter I think'. So I get the impression that I've just wasted my time and will be ignored, but rest assured i'll be back onto them asking to speak to someone else if that's the case. I don't get messed around. I have also asked the person at morethan to make a note to the promotions department that I bought my policy on the premise that I was getting a cash back sum from morethan via the cashback site they've geld the offer with, and that if i di

To those waiting for cashback, in the end I went directly to More than who claimed they couldnt see why it hadnt been paid, TCB had had the money mths ago, and they would tell them to pay me, passed this on to TCB who then paid me within days, whos to blame, no idea, but at least I got what I was owed in the end, to those still waiting, take it up with morethan, if your not getting any where, and see if that gets you anywhere.

Cashback may track and be confirmed - However MORE TH>N will then reject the transaction and claim no knowledge of it ever existing. DO NOT use if you are relying on cashback. I will not use the company again as they have acted dishonestly when dealing with me.

Purchased car insurance 30-10-09, the £78 cashback just stays in the 'confirmed' column. I have an estimated payable date of 31-3-10 but after all the prev comments on here I'll believe it only when it's in my bank.

well well...i hope this is not some sort of bogus deal. tcb have confirmed that morethan have reported my electricity switch a genuine, tracked transaction. so i was content with that when I posted my previous review. but now im wondering why the payment status hasn't changed at all. it's not even listed as 'tracked' under my earnings. I've become a little sceptical since reading other people's posts. Here's some food for thought though....if ur unhappy about ur payment (or rather the lack of) why not go straight to morethan instead of pestering tcb and then saying tcb just ignore you. morethan will not be able to just ignore you like some people are seemingly complaining about here without offering a solution to your complaint, and they will no doubt have to escalate the matter to someone there who deals with promotions. No doubt they'll also be able to check your offer against your policy when you took it up. I'm sure they'll be sorry for any inconvenience and be more than happy to process the cashback promised in order to avoid unhappy customers who will otherwise end up leaving as well as a bad reputation/publicity

i took out car insurance in sept 2009 and am still waiting - latest advised time is end of feb 2010!! somehow i think this date may also slip again

Bought car insurance on 10.09.2009 and still waiting for cash back-6 months later! Estimated payment date is 28.02.2010, however i have a suspicion that there will be yet another delay in being payed. If you need a quick turn around on the cash back don't do it.

Purchased Car Insurance May 09 and still waiting for £68.00 cashback. Tracked initially but now the transaction has vanished from my account. Claim has been lodged, but TCB have advised me to stop sending an e-mail enquiry about this as it could delay my claim! Not very happy at all and would avoid MoreThan. Come on TCB what are you doing about this...your reputation is at stake here!

THIS MERCHANT IS OPERATING A CON and my case has been the subject of repeated complaints to TCB (and referred to the Trading Standards Dept for legal action) Just look at the endless stream of negative feedback on here alone about non-payment. Does anyone believe that is co-incidence? Why is TCB still allowing this merchant to trade here? My cashback claim relates to a policy from June 2009 and is still unpaid in Feb 2010. This has now been referred to Trading Standards Dept as the 'cashback' was part of their offer to trade. Assume you WILL NOT get paid cashback when comparing like-for-like quotes.

tracked quite quickly. impressed so far as a new member here. I have earned a few quid more through other activity, including a utility switch offer which I took up for £55cashback and cheaper rates from the utility company. But it seems here from reading these comments about morethan that tracking doesn't necessarily mean you will be paid, even if you've been a good boy/girl and done all the correct stuff like clear ur browser etc etc. Now, I have sent tcb a message about this problem with morethan. They have assured me that my transaction has been logged and approved by morethan, and that the last batch of payments were received by 6+1/2 months after signing up where the expected payout date is 6months. So that seems reasonable. A two week delay isn't much PROVIDED that morethan actually stick to their word. I trust tcb to deliver the offer from the discussion I have been having with them so if having switched to morethan and stayed with them for 6months+ I haven't received the cashback I will go straight to morethan where they will not be able to ignore me, and i will persist with them until either they honour their offer or I leave before the renewal date.

I have asked three times but I will ask again TOPCASHBACK WHY OH WHY is this merchant still on here, if so many people are being declined their cashback, that they are RIGHTLY owed and what exactly are you going to do about it. SO many people are leaving TCB in droves, this is really tarnishing your reputation, PLEASE answer........... Meanwhile any one considering going to Morethan, please go elsewhere.

The transaction tracked and showed as pending for a long time. I've waited for over four months for the £70 to become payable, it finally just moved into "payable", but as £0. What a massive con. When completing a missing cashback claim I must enter the Sept order date and so am told that this is outside the 100days and is therefore not valid and so cannot be dealt with. MASSIVE CON AVOID!!!!

Well it is almost a year now since i started chasing for the cashback,it was given once then taken back again once i closed the claim,claim was re-opened but still waiting i think this is a terrible way to treat there customers.I do also feel tcb should be doing more.
