	Spent over £60 with them. Initially tracked but incorrectly. I then put in a claim to rectify the amount and the rejected it with no reason given. Very annoyed. Was a new customer too.

	It was my first order but they only paid me cashback for an existing customer which was about 6% less at the time. submitted a request but it was declined by myprotein with no reason given so very poor customer service the protein had quite a short date though it tastes nice and mixes well

	great products which usually arrive next day with just standard delivery. Problems with incorrect cashback from TCB, and close claims without investigating. not sure why 5% over overall cost is so hard to calculate!!!! check amount if using!!!

	This is a great site with good products at a very reasonable price. Their cashback rates are great but I have made two purchases and so far, neither have tracked. I've raised a claim but am yet to hear anything back. Do they just track really slowly?

	Use code: MP358221 with any other code or discount for an extra 5% off your purchase + get the cashback. In terms of the quality for this site I cannot flaw it, competitively priced and all is of an excellent quality (that I’ve personally had anyway). Hope it helps.

	Myprotein is a good company with great products. The problem is their cashback tracking sucks!! Its really appalling! 6 out of 9 transaction in 2012 were not tracked and took approx 3 months to be settled. I also had to manually claim and case cashback in 2013. I still have a claim from Oct 2012 waiting to be settled!!! Appalling tracking and response, so when it say faster payments near the merchants name on Top Cashback I'm astonished!!

	Very poor cashback tracking, as some other commenters have noted. Of 6 substantial claims made since December 2012, only 1 has paid out.

	Already very impressed. Fantastic service ordered on a Wednesday evening and it came the next day just standard delivery £2.49. I spend £48 and got back £5 soo good. I’ll defiantly be back for more I’ve got the gym and protein bug lol.

	I was a first time customer and very happy with the service. Turned up less than 24 hours after ordering and nice to find a company that doesn't extort their customers for next day/saturday delvery (£3.50 I think). Much better value even compared to budget brands in argos etc, happy with the products I've tried so far. Cashback tracked the day after ordering.

	One of the retailers where the in-basket discount and cashback both work without question. Some of the offers have changed now but MyProtein have always been pretty good in my experience, as well as fairly cheap when you catch their offers.

	Placed an order on Sunday and still hadn't received by midday on Thursday, wouldn't have been so bad if it was free p&p. Minimal reply from the customer service team. Avoid like the plague. Cashback was prompt however.

	Am a frequent customer of Myprotein, purchase on a quarterly basis. I must say that I'm really disappointed in the cashback time. 5 times they've not tracked my cashback claim going back to Jan this year!! Bit of a surprise as all my other cashbacks via ebay, virgin, groupon etc come up fine. The other irritating fact is that they're taking ages to pay the cashback, I've a claim from March still waiting to be paid and its now coming into October.
