Placed orders in Dec 2011 and Jan 2012. Both didn't track. TCB pursued the cases and both declined. Didn't use first order code as cashback was reduced - got nothing - total waste of time. Site was far too complex with so many different offers and that could not be used together. Permutations far too complicated then they find excuses not to pay up. Worst retailer on TCB in my experience.

Cashback didn't track on a £110 order, submitted claim and myprotein advised that cashback was paid to someone else even though I cleared cookies and history before clicking the link on the TCB site, I also didn't use any discount codes.

WARNING! If you pay by PayPal they automatically add a transaction charge - a practice that was outlawed by eBay many years ago. Also, the instructions state to "add 1 MP scoop per portion (scoop NOT included)"!!!

Really good sight for your nutrition needs, personally i avoid the chocolate flavours always a bit of a let down in my opinion, but they have a wide range of products all done to an incredibly high standard also brilliant with the delivery. The cashback isn't amazing unless your a first timer on the sight but they always have daily deals on.

All good, service spot on and delivery usually very quick - unsure of actual cash back but on previous they have registered and agreed quickly. Use MP461976 as a code for money off!
