We always use National Express to travel to and from Heathrow. Coaches always very comfortable, on time, saves parking charges, no hassle. Cashback tracked and was paid quickly. Airport routes get an enhanced cashback rate too. Very satisfied.

Second time National Express has failed to honour a cashback for me. Last travelled with them in Aug 2014 and had to lodge a claim because transaction didn't track. Gave all relevent details yet claim was refused and no reason given. Took all usual precautions re- deleting browser history etc. Can't understand why claim was refused! Maybe something to do with my PC's security settings? No recent problems with other cashbacks though.

Have booked on-line through TCB twice with National Express in past year and neither tracked despite following the recommended suggestions for clearing computer browser etc. Forgot to follow up first booking (duh!) but I've followed up the last one.

The ONLY merchant I use on TCB which ever gives me any problems! Consistently! Transactions never track, always have to raise a ticket for each one and even then, half of them get rejected; a total waste of time.

Have booked twice with National Express. Did not track in both instances. Had to open missing claim tickets. First ticket was denied. Waiting for result of second ticket.

Very poor cashback service by NE. I have three claims since Jan'14 but no response and no updates. Few didn't even tracked. TCB team is doing their best but the NE guys are getting worst in their services....

Used to be really good and I was impressed with the new in-coach power point services but now it's going down on service side. I travel a lot on NE coaches and in past few months I have noticed decline in their service quality and standards as well as their customer services. * Many of the coaches has got the power points installed but they don't work. * Their toilets are without water and toilet rolls. The dryers don't work. * Still using coaches with old seats which are uncomfortable and without charging points. * The drivers are rude and unhelpful. Don't even pick the luggage/baggage to put in the the coach (baggage storage area). I had to put it myself few times and have seen other passengers doing the same for themselves. Left feedback for the above but no response or improvements so far. I am worried that NE has monopoly in the coach services and they are now doing whatever they think they can without thinking of quality and standards. Worried....

It has been really satisfying cashback service from both NE and TCB but in last few months, I have noticed a very strange change in TCB tracking style causing serious issues in my purchases. If I have bought more than one journey's tickets through TCB, it's only tracking the latest one and not the previous ones. So, only my latest order is tracked and paid back. I have raised two claims with them with no response yet. It's same with my partner also so definitely no fault from my side then. Waiting to see what happens with my claims. Please TCB look into this matter as this will affect lot's of users in future.
