I'm waiting for cashback for 2 separate orders ( one from August and the other November) Why say they will pay within 8 weeks and then take many months. It just isn't good enough!

Never ever tracks so always have to put in a claim, but generally always pays in the end (touch wood it has so far anyway). Would be better if it tacked to save a lot of hassle, but otherwise good merchant and always a bonus when it's over 10% cashback, though that means I buy more so end up spending the cashback oops
