It takes a very long time to come though still waiting for some from 5 months ago until now and sometimes I dont get cashback as its not on offer unless your new which isnt great as a regular customer

Very happy with this cashback. Purchases made in Aug 2016 and Cashback came through early November, but I had forgotten about it and so was a welcome surprise @ 10% of £140!

Have always had to lodge a cashback complaint through here as New Look do not seem to acknowledge the purchase. Have received the cashback once the claim has been lodged, but it is an unnecessary faff.

Bought clothes through them, supposed to be a faster paying organisation, didn't pay up and have now declined Sioux good reason. I bought the clothes, new look should pay as expected, very very poor
