Like other reviews posted New Look does not seem to be paying out any cash back. Have used them twice recently and have spent over £100 for the cash back to track as £0. Maybe TopCashback should now remove them as they never seem tp pay anything?

Don't bother any purchases just turn to £0 cashback, despite doing all the right things. If you look at all the recent comments this seems to be the case now.

Have used this retailer many times over the years & each time the payment is declined. Service is good, items purchased are always good, but cashback is never actually paid. If I argue, they take weeks and eventually pay after providing lots of documentation. It's not worth it.

Don't bother expecting any cashback. Purchased something 24 months ago, provided all details and order number and they still refused cashback. Won't be using them again.
