	Don't bother expecting any cashback. Purchased something 24 months ago, provided all details and order number and they still refused cashback. Won't be using them again.

	I have made several orders over these pat few weeks and NONE have tracked so far. Used to be fantastic for cashback with quick pay out but not anymore :(

	Very poor. The purchase did not track and I needed to log a claim. The claim is with New Look who has not responded in 4 months. Very disappointing.

	I have been waiting since October for a cash back of £16. They have finally responded and have stated that I did not meet their T&Cs. They have not stated which and I believe this is a general excuse. I will be cancelling my account with them.

	No problems with the order for New Look. However disappointed that the cashback was declined despite proof of purchase and clicks through to the New Look.

	Not worth going through Top Cashback with this merchant. Every purchase tracks immediately but always turns to zero by the time it becomes payable. This has happened to me several times so I just don't bother any more. Also, you can usually find similar but better quality items, often at a lower price, available from other outlets, some of whom even actually pay the promised cashback, unlike New Look.

	Total joke Had to put a claim in and it has been declined due to not being able to trace that I did it through TCB, funny how when you put the claim in the merchant, date and time you went through drops down as a menu choice. Wont use them again

	New Look refused to give cash back after I made a purchase, I would not be buying from them again. Very disappointed - Stay away from New look on Topcashback

	They refused to pay the cash back despite having the order number and the correct time of visit. Will not be shopping with this firm again.

	Purchased of over £50, expected around £3.50 cash back, which didn't track, 3 months after lodging a claim I was told “Order not complete - order cancelled/changed/returned” - even though I did not cancel, change or return anything from the order!

	I made quite a big order from this company around 3 months ago when there was a good cashback deal. The products were great. Cashback tracked quickly but has still not been paid!

	Cashback tracked as zero...a month on, still zero. Also New Look sent wrong item as part of my order and my order was missing another item. Took two phone calls and two trips to a store to return items and get refunds for wrong/missing items. New Look sent me a code for free delivery as compensation but I am loathe to order again. Order mix up, inconvenience and expense to get it sorted and no cashback = bad experience all round this time.

	Transaction attempted twice now and cash back reported at £0.00 each time. If only paying to new customers as seems to be the case, this should be made abundantly clear at outset. Fully aware that topcashback works through us providing click through data as a basis for being marketed to later..... If I'd known there was nothing in it for me I wouldn't have bothered.

	Cashback confirmed but never becomes payable. Don't let it go past 100 days otherwise it looks like you will never get the cashback. Still waiting for cashback

	Always shop at New Look. Used to be fine but the last five purchases either didn't track or tracked and then went to £0.00. Each time my claim was approved but it took months to get sorted. Very disappointed. Used to be a good store.

	Excellent online retailer for merchandise, prompt delivery and service. Products delivered promptly with cashback following shortly after. Rated five stars for every aspect except customer service because I didn't need to have any dealings with them!

	Used my NUS card with this and it made the payable amount 0 :-( (the student discount was more than the cashback so not a massive loss)
