I wouldn't bother using the cashback service on this merchant again. Been waiting now for 8 months and they still have not paid up. Complete waste of time by offering high rates of discount when they do not pay up when you buy their products!!

Have ordered twice from New Look and both times it has tracked as zero and sat there for a long time. I have needed to submit a ticket each time - but the situation was eventually resolved & cash back paid. Items bought were great value & arrived v. quickly

Having experienced a website crash when I had a full basket, I was charged twice (£75 each time), when I hadnt actually confirmed my order.
The lady who I spoke to at New look the next day was very helpful and said the money would go back in to my account...this took 7 days!
When I went to actually purchase what I wanted to, the products had gone out of stock, so from the £75 I was going to pay, I ended up spending £15!
