Ordered sale goods - used 20% discount code and got cashback so laughing! Customer service is great, delivery within 2 days.... clothes are OK for holidays but not great quality - for the price paid though they are excellent!!

I have ordered 3 separate times with New Look. Cash back tracks quickly however only 1 has paid out the other 2 have been confirmed and have been pending since Jan/Feb. Will still use this site to buy with them as it's money for nothing at the end of the day and a bonus if the cash back pays out in the specified time!

I love New Look and have had great experiences with topcashback but I've now placed three orders with them though the site and only one has tracked. Topcashback haven't been able to sort it out even with my order reference numbers. Not a huge deal but missing out on £10! Won't bother next time!
