I've made 2 purchases with Next through Topcashback and both times have had to chase for the cashback as the merchant 'declined' the transaction (despite each time there being no complications with the order i.e. just doing click and collect and then not returning any item). This is really frustrating and so I therefore feel that Next should not be particularly promoted on the site. I'm still actually waiting for the second claim to be verified and then paid by them.
