	A misleading setup I purchased a NordVPN subscription based on the promise of a 100% cashback offer. While the cashback was initially traced, it showed an incorrect amount. I contacted NordVPN support to request a transaction ID to clarify the situation, but they declined, claiming the cashback was never tracked. It seems like a misleading setup: TopCashback shows your cashback as "tracked" with a claim period of 9 weeks, while NordVPN offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. After the 30 days pass (making you ineligible for a refund), TopCashback could later say the cashback wasn't tracked from the merchant, leaving you stuck without either a refund or the promised cashback. This feels like a trap, and I would advise others to be cautious.

	Won't track and can't get details for claim The cashback won't track and in order to raise a claim you need an invoice number and transaction ID, which Nord don't provide.

	Declined cashback Nord promised a 120% cashback offer which was the reason I signed up for their service in the first place and then just declined the offer saying "Not last referred click." Even though I had subscribed to an exclusive offer that was only available through the TopCashback link that had a very specific membership length of 2 years and three extra months with a very specific pricing so clearly my transaction was completely done through TopCashback but they still just declined it.

	DOES NOT PAY OUT This merchant does not want to pay out. They use every excuse in the book to deny cashback. I waited months to be told they simply denying it.

	False Cashback Don't Trust Original signed up 4 months ago as the offer was 95% cashback or something close to that. Registered half percentage of the cashback within a week, paid the cashback in around a month but then had to make a claim via TopCashback for the rest of the cashback. Flash forward 4 months and still nothing. Have gone way past the 30 day full refund period and now have a 2 year contact with Nord. I can't fault TCB as this isn't on them but NordVPN are fibbers, if I do get the full cashback I'm owed I will update this review but almost entering the 5th month of the claim and I'm predicting my claim will be declined.

	Disappointed with the Flash Promotion Despite not receiving the 105% cashback as stipulated in the contract, and spending over six months following up on the issue, it really calls into question the company's authenticity and sincerity. Fortunately, TopCashback agreed to pay a portion of the amount, which resolved the matter. However, I have decided not to continue using any of NordVPN's services once my annual subscription contract ends. Additionally, I will not recommend this company's services to anyone in my network.

	Did not honour cashback! AVOID! NordVPN refused my cashback claim, I asked for a refund and refused. I would avoid at all costs as they wont pay your cashback! I tried to resolve with Top Cashback(who i don't blame) and Nord direct and no joy, Nord also refused to cancel my subscription and refund me! AVOID!

	Sale tracked - Claim Declined They declined the transaction, I didnt use a small discount code found elsewhere as the cashback was in excess of 50%. Nord declined transaction cashback, all rules were stuck to but they claim the item I purchased wasnt subject to cashback. I purchased their main product, the VPN annual subscription. Very disappointing as cashback was in the region of £80 and was the influencing factor in the buying decision. I'll use a new VPN supplier on principal next time my subscription comes up.
