Purchased a bracelet through TCB. Then had to lodge a claim, 3 months later I am told cash back was not payable?

Lovely products, and whilst the two transactions have tracked - that was back in November 2013 and it is now well into September 2014 - with no pay out yet received. The estimated payment period was 11 weeks - so that has certainly been exceeded!
