Cash back tracked but using amount paid excluding VAT so cash back is lower than expected. Doesn't say anything about this in merchant notes. Quite disappointed seen as we have to pay VAT regardless of what we're buying. Seems as if they're trying to lower the overall amount of cash back they pay! Only just ordered so no comment on delivery, payout of cash back or interaction with customer service.

Took me around 4 weeks to get my cashback given to me, which is fair enough. Quicker than their competitors to pay out, thats for sure. I ordered a few things from others around the same time. Thanks.

Terrible, only bought from them since with cashback their price was competitive. Bought the item and it didn't track so set up a dispute. Took over a year for them to conclude the investigation which was unsuccessful. Was told the following too - "Whilst no reason has been communicated on this occasion, when a claim is declined there is invariably a solid reason for this." What a joke!

Have used Novatech for over 5 years now and as a tech pro, rarely shop anywhere else. Great value and staff that are both knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile. My only complaint is they closed their branches in favour of the portsmouth warehouse but everything is available next day so its only a minor grumble, Highly recommend for your Computer & IT Needs!

Have used Novatech in past and will definitely use again. Good prices, products and customer service. Purchase tracked and confirmed quickly but not paid by suggested date. Has paid in past so expect to pay eventually.

My favourite PC component retailer! I used to get cashback on Fast Track click and collect orders, but this has been reverting to Zero at the payment stage for the last couple of months. I guess they have decided not to do this on this type of order. Great service and a great team at the Reading store though so happy to continue using them.
