Top quality retailer, have used Novatech for many years, products always delivered on time or before expected, prices are competitive, cheap efficient delivery. On the very few times an item has been faulty Novatech arranged collection and replaced the item at no extra cost to me. Customer service is a step above most other computer websites!

Novatech is fantastic. I ordered a variety of components from them as they always seemed to have the best price around! The customer service is great too, they have an official twitter account where they will answer any questions you have. Of course you can also phone them or have a "live chat" on their website.
I chose the standard free delivery (3 - 5 days) but my package turned up the next day anyway!!
The cash-back does take a while to come through but at least the rate is decent.

Excellent service from Novatech, i had shopped with them before when purchasing a TV and a graphics card but this time decided to get a new computer system. Ordering was simple and product was delivered next day by the time i had got to work. Got it home and everything is running smoothly, even have a guide to help you set things up, very useful if required.
Even better was that my cashback has tracked with no problems, not paid yet but given the service and product it's just a bonus if it does, great retailer.
