So poor.....
Seen the most recent review was exactly what I wanted to say, so copied and paste. Avoid purely becuase its a garbage service, double avoid because they shirk out of paying cashback!
Signed up via TCB. NOW Broadband didn't pay cashback. I claimed via TCB. NOW pretended that my order was "cancelled, returned or refunded". Broadband is heavily average too so a double sucker-punch. No need to sign up as they won't pay cashback and the service isn't even much good. Hmmph.

Signed up via TCB. NOW Broadband didn't pay cashback. I claimed via TCB. NOW pretended that my order was "cancelled, returned or refunded". Broadband is heavily average too so a double sucker-punch. No need to sign up as they won't pay cashback and the service isn't even much good. Hmmph.

Avoid. After a month I put in a missing cashback request, for it to be returned as “order was cancelled, returned or refunded” I’m still using the broadband and pay monthly. I would not have gone with the company without this offer, so they are a con

Why bother using cashback anymore?
Purchased February 2024, they kept moving the install date to March. Now showing as payable but... with a payment amount of £0.00 when it should £60. All rules followed. NOW Broadband isn't that great - it's slow at best and took a few weeks to get usable speeds.
Had a similar issue with another big ticket item £1700 - with promised cashback of £78 being declined 9 months later.
Far better in the future to just use discount codes and see the saving immediately than wait for cashback that no longer materialises.

I needed broadband
Extremely easy to sign up. I had just moved in and needed a basic broadband and I got it. Occasionally it freezes the telly and slow at loading pages on the laptop. I went with this as the cash back was good sadly they paid out 8months after not 6 as stated and I had to chase via top cashback for it.

NOW broadband but sky contract
sadly the service from now tv "powered by sky" has been lackluster on this broadband purchase. the account, service and contract are with sky but when you express concerns, issues or interest in cancelling they transfer you to now tv (which the contract is not with).
cannot resolve over the phone after a month of trying, and sky stores are confused and cannot support due to lack of awareness of now tv "powered by sky". if you have a sky router you are a sky customer regardless of purchasing via now broadband with TCB. i am now having to escalate breach of contract with sky whilst they dispute i am their customer.

Arrived eventually
I didn’t have to chase NOW Broadband as when tracked it did state upto 6 months to pay out and it did without issue albeit very close to the 6 month deadline.

Slow but got it after about 6 months
Tracked fine. Took the full 6 months as listed, little annoying but given they had the lowest price anyway was good to get the cashback on top.

Offered 90 pounds cash back but 6 months later received nothing.
No cash back from this company they offered 90 pounds and 6 months later do not pay out. I would not buy from this company, do not honour there promise

Didn't track initially because NOW recognised me as already an existing client for some reason. But customer services sorted claim and paid very quickly. Overall, a good service and product. Thumbs up

Good broadband service & quick cashback
Initially it didn't track as normal but after raising a customer service claim, it got confirmed in 2-3 weeks and payable after 2 days immediately.
Overall now broadband speed is good & as expected.

Don't bother
It seems as though it has been engineered to stop cashback. After entering your postcode you are asked to confirm your address. No matter what address you choose, whether the correct one or another on the list, the same message appears..'Oops that didn't go to plan, please try again', giving you the limiting option of clicking on the 'Can't see your address?' option, which then comes up with the message...'Sorry, but we can't complete your order online', then proving you with a number to phone to complete your order, therefore not getting the cashback.

Had to get top cash back to chase them for payment
Purchased a few months ago cash back never showed up had to put in a missing claim and get top cash back to chase them up for it, it’s only now just shown up after saying when I purchased it would be shown within 1 day

wrong cashback received
I did choose Now over other broadband providers, as there was a competitive price and a good cashback too, but i haven't got the cashback as promised and when i approached Topcashback team i had received the cashback to topcashback account which £19 less which is not the promised one.

Tracked at lower amount of £50.00 instead of £90.00.
Didn't track at the correct amount. Have contacted TCB CS to hopefully resolve matter, but quite a difference for those people who don't file a incorrect cashback claim.
