Like another users, it tracked fine but the amount dropped to zero when it was payable. I'm not going to complain too much about 50p though, especially as I only ordered the SIM card to get the cashback... and the SIM card never turned up anyway!

been with o2 for 10 years and wouldnt consider changing, great service, nice friendly uk based staff at customer service centres, good tarrif, am payg and very happy with what i get for my top up

Tracked quickly at first, moved to confirmed in due course. Went to payable then, like so many other things on top cash back, went to zero. Just like thetrainline.com, HMV, Kelkoo and so many others. It is not a tracking issue, I think someone is up to no good.
Also, noticed how many merchants have the phrase "we last received a payment from [them] in March for transactions in December" or something like that.
Doesn't look good to me, any of this.

2 sims arrived, took so long I had forgotten I had ordered them. but last week I noticed payment had gone to 0, I guess I wont be getting promised cash!!! Dissappointed isnt the word.
