I'm yet another person who ordered the free sims which tracked at the right amount but when confirmed as payable had mysteriously changed to £0.00.It's clear o2 never intended to pay and that we wasted our time.I also think that this "offer" should be removed from the site as it's false.
I'd topped up and had started using o2 aswell - not any longer!

Ordered the free sims and tracked at £3, proceeded to confirm as £3.00 and then payable at £0.00. Claims aren't allowed with this retailer. It appears O2 never had any intention of paying out on this offer - what a con.

I ordered this free sim but eventually it tracked through as £0.00 Payable. When trying to process a claim, I was given the following message: "Sorry, but we cannot submit claims to this retailer. This is usually due to the small amounts involved or the fact that the retailer will not process missing commission claims."

The sims themselves arrived very fast, the tracking was promt as well, but its taking a while for it to be confirmed. Still worth doing though for a quick bit of cashback and free sims (which always come in handy)

tracked quickly but after 2 month's of waiting cashback came back as £0 despite phone being activated and topped up. TCashback won't pursue the matter due to small amount of money involved. But that's not the point! V dissapointed. Ordered broadband at the same time. Wonder if its fate is going ot be the same :(
