Transaction tracked, received the sim, activated and topped up with £10 (which they immediately took in payment for a bundle) and here we are 4 months later with them refusing to honour the cashback. Not impressed.

1) First of all TCB dispute that the cashback was £10 when I applied. It was, otherwise I wouldn't have applied. 2. O2 have now declined the (reduced) £5 claim by saying it's already in my account. 3. Rather than checking themselves and following it up on my behalf, TCB emailed me to tell me there had been an update to my query. Jokers all round.

No problems with O2, but TCB denying the £10 cashback offer was available when I ordered the SIM, which was the only reason I made the order. Now left out of pocket..

Cashback tracked at zero - merchant details said that it could take x number of days to go through. Waited said number of days, no payment. Followed up with TCB who told me that as 100 days had elapsed, I was no longer able to get the cashback. Wouldn't bother with this merchant again. Useless.

Got the sim and did everything required to validate it, topped up, still using the sim several months on. Cashback tracked at £0.00 and has now progressed to payable ...... at £0.00 just like everyone else's. Clearly o2 do not honour their cashback offer ever so, if you need a new sim, great - you can get one here, but don't expect any cashback. Think TCB should remove this 'offer' as it's misleading, annoying and should not be on this site.
