Really wouldnt bother looking at the reviews on here and my own experience, tracked as 0.00 the estimated cashback completion was beyond the topcashback claim query time, not worth wasting time on it.

As predictable. It looked from the very beginning they were trying to avoid paying cashback. If you are looking to take this offer for the cashback that is on offer don't even bother or waste your time.
'If your transaction is now showing as Payable at 0.00, this generally means that the merchant has declined the transaction or informed us that the purchase made is not eligible for cashback.'
And it isn't only me that this has happened to. All my friend I can think of who have ordered their sim card never got their cahback
I would score 0 out of 5 but but 1 was the lowest available.

Never got the cash-back and now after raising my claim they want a reference number!!! (I paid for my top up online and never got any confirmation). The card has been activated, it has been loaded with £10 as required. Total con. it should be removed from the TCB system. My friend had exactly same experience as mine.

I have made 13 manual claims to different companies since my manual claim for O2 cashback was submitted on 5 August 2011. Everyone has paid up...except for O2, who are still as stubborn as ever.

O2 did not pay any cashback even though it was written in this website. When I made a claim I was asked for the order number.(O2 did not provide a order number). I ordered the sim and spent 10 pound for topup after receiving the sim. My order was tracked as £0.00 and I received 0.00 pounds as cashback. Thanks O2. I am not going to spend anymore for your products.

I requested a free SIM on 5 July and it tracked quickly - at £0.00. Despite adding £10 before August, it didn't change so I made a manual claim on 5 August - I'm still waiting for O2 to respond.

The cashback offered by O2 for a 12 month sim only contract seemed too good to be true - and it was! It didn't even track. I'm still waiting for a response to my manual claim, but I know I'm wasting my time and O2 are not going to honour their offer.

Cashback came through as payable £0. You didn't need to activate it in the past though when I made an order so the rules have changed now.

Requested the SIM, activated and topped it up with £15. No sign of any cashback (tracked at 0.00) but I am supposed to be receiving a free DVD from O2 for adding the £15 (not arrived as yet though). I mainly got the SIM as it means I can make free calls to our other mobile phone (which is also on O2).

nightmare experience from topcashback. they changed the terms of the offer so had to rant on to the utterly useless customer "service" and after many months of lies and excuses from topcashback, got the money and am now waiting for everything else this rotten site owes me for.

O2 don't pay cash back for sim card so avoid requesting one unless you activate it them you might be paid but don't count on it. Topcashback should make this clear on the site
