	I'm still waiting for a large amount of cashback from Otel for a hotel stay over a year ago. Despite the transaction tracking correctly they haven't paid. They should be removed from the site. Could have booked with an alternative booking site that have a proven track record.

	As others have said, do not use Otel.com if you are doing so only to receive cashback. Mine did not track, raised a claim, eventually it was bounced stating that TCB was not the last used affiliate or something , Funny as i did not use any other channel to get to Otel.com. Very disappointed, travel was booked in april 17 and was waiting on £27

	The merchant has not honoured a cash back claim and failed to recognise its own order number. Consider carefully before using this merchant particularly where they organise a long hotel stay with a non-UK hotel. I will not be using this merchant again.

	Dont bother just for the cashback .Got a good price on an overnight stop in London but the cashback appeared an then vanished , to be honest a regular problem lately on Topcashback !!

	Do not recognise their own order number. There are other merchants that are doing much better. I will not use their site again.

	DON'T GO NEAR THIS MERCHANT WITH A BARGE POLE! You will not get ANY CASHBACK. My claim has been going on for over a year . Even with proof of purchase in the form of emails from OTEL they still had the audacity to refute any cashback. Topcashback just simply shrugged it off saying we cannot always guarantee the cashback. Take them off Topcashback, and save yourselves some time as your customer claims will significantly reduce. I was waiting on £28.

	Despite the best efforts of the Top Cashback team I have had no cashback for a stay taken back in April. Otel.com are stating the order has been classed as invalid. What makes it invalid? I have all the details of the booking they sent me. I do feel cheated as I purposely booked this hotel through Otel.com 'because' of the cashback offered. Only now, having looked at the other customer feedback I can see there have been no positive comments for such a long period with cashback constantly being denied. Whilst I appreciate this is not the fault of Top Cashback I really do think they should no longer be listed on your sight as this is false marketing on the part of otel.com and am suprised that no-body has taken action against them. I love top cash back just not the misleading companies. I def won't be using otel.com again.

	Why is this merchant still being listed? They appear to have nothing but 'refused payment’ reviews for over two years now. In my own case, they claimed that the last site visited before booking (in early 2013) was not TCB – a bare faced lie unless they have their own ‘diversionary’ site to avoid paying out. They should be de-listed

	Transaction did not track and after months of waiting I am sure I will not get any cash back. There are better companies around like Venere with transactions always tracking and money being paid promptly without any excuses made. I will NOT use this company again!!!

	Cashback didn't track and when queried was told (after 12 months) initially that they couldn't trace the transaction. After supplying all the details, they have said that 'another marketing channel was used'. Bull. I clear cookies so unless someone has hi-jacked their site, it's a load of rubbish. Reading other recent reviews it seems that this is their standard response to avoid paying their way. Don't use them on the basis of expecting any cash-back. In view of all the other negative reviews, I think that Top Cash Back should stop promoting them

	Bad expeiences with this merchant, two TCB claimes over 16 months, various excuses given including not recognising order numbers until I ended up sending full details. They then said I went via some other cashback site. Funny that, as TCB has a record of my visits and is the only cashback site I use. So no more Otel.com for me, and I certainly won't be recommending them.
