Do not book your holiday on the reliance of cashback. I followed all necessary steps e.g. Deleting history etc and cashback was declined due to an error in their network. Very poor service.

booked holiday 17/2/2017, tracked correctly, paid the full 4% 16/4/2017. Excellent. Would recommend to anyone who has cruised previously and does not need to be guided by a travel agent.

Booked holiday on 18/1/17 for end of year. Cashback paid 5% on full cost of holiday by 3/4/2017. Not even paid for the holiday as yet, just the deposit. Excellent - why would anyone use a travel agent?
