Booked holiday 16th April and received Cashback into my bank 6th July. Received the full 6.3% special rate offered. Regretably this transaction failed to track and Customer Services had to be contacted and chased to trace the transaction. Would use TopCashBack again if we booked another holiday and recomend to friends who do not need a travel agent to explian what to expect with a P & O holiday.
