	Never tracks. Waste of time. This used to track all the time without problem. Now it never tracks at all as of about a few months ago. I've tried everything on desktop, laptop, phone and another computer. Just like others have mentioned though, this never actually tracks (it detects click through but never comes up as tracked). Better off just topping up £100 on P2G for the 2% top-up bonus there than going through TCB and paying for labels directly when you need them and getting no cashback.

	Don't track at all anymore! No matter what you do. You used to be able to wait until the last pop-up to activate cashback which worked. Now, even if you do that it doesn't track. I've told TopCashBack and they're in no rush to fix the problem. They expect you to open a report for every single one which just isn't worth the time at a few pence per transaction. I don't know if its Parcel2go putting in blocks or work arounds so people don't get their cashback or just TopCashBack not fixing it. Either way, just remove it if it doesn't work!

	Numerous times used...1 payout received....after 4 months?! Despite using Parcel2Go through the Topcashback site on three (3) seperate occasions now, I have received only one (1) payout....four (4) months after the event?! As the rest of the reviews on Parcel2Go read, don't expect any cash back anytime soon!!

	Horrendously low cashback! Cashback is so horrendously low for existing customers it's frankly not worth it.....and that's when Parcel2Go actually condescend to honour the cashback in the first place.

	Transactions do not track any more I used to earn cashback with this merchant but then something happened and none of my transactions are tracking. I use other cashback sites and Parcel2Go transactions do not track on those sites either. Waste of time. I don't bother any more.

	STILL NOT GETTING CASHBACK THROUGH SMARTSEND TopCashback have paid me some compensation and I have claimed some of the larger invoices. Its now almost 8months and the software update error has still not been rectified. You still get it for Quotes and ReBuys, but not SmartSend downloads

	Cashback declined I have used the same way to claim cashback on Parcel2go for many years, then all of a sudden my purchases get declined with the response "The network has advised we haven’t been seen as the reason this order was placed, usually this means another marketing channel was credited with the sale. This does mean that we aren’t able to source any funds on this purchase". I don't use any other "marketing channels" I am still using the same way to book parcels now and they are showing as confirmed! Just a con over the Xmas period

	Sneaky beggars Cashback tracked, confirmed, then they declined my cashback the last week before it became payable. Feel a bit hard done by there... I would say if the cashback is important to you, try a competitor instead. Decent enough service for finding cheaper parcel delivery options, but absolute scammers on the cashback front.

	3 cashback rejected Decided to try them and sent 3 expensive parcels. Everything tracked ok, waited 3 months and now all 3 rejected. There are other parcel companies to use and I will be not using this place in future.

	Avoid Th 50% off for new customers doesnt work. the live chat is useless. Tey havent got a clue and keep swapping agents. the website and chat is slow.

	cashback Tracks the amount I've sent since using it, apparently spent £0 so therefore I get nothing back. Paid over £50 in postage in a week but says I haven't paid anything! Beginning to think it's a con to gain more customers.

	Doesn't track anymore Used to track purchases/cashback within hours - now its completely dead. Despite over 14 transactions over 2 weeks nothing appears. Its either broken or a simply old fashioned con.
