Avoid Park Holidays, worst booking of my life
Me, my partner, 2 young daughters and our dog drove for 4hours then upon arriving at the booked caravan we were met with a very vile smell, human hair, dirt, earwax on a pillow and faeces smeared on the sofa. I shared my issues with the lady on reception who told me housekeeping would come up and to wait for a call from the manager. We refused to stay there but Park holidays refused to refund or offer alternative accommodation so we drove 45 minutes to alternative accommodation we had to arrange at last minute. The park have done nothing but deny this and still will not help, save your money and book elsewhere. This case is now with the small claims court due to the financial and mental health issues caused to my family.

Absolutely brilliant offers, great Customer Service, an overall pleasant experience. We booked three times with Park Holidays this year alone and will certainly continue to book with them. Furthermore, they have different sites in different counties. Highly recommend Park Holidays

Always enjoy our time at Park Holidays resorts - we have stayed in several over the years and have always found the staff to be helpful, accomodation, clean, parks well maintained... will be rebooking for Easter 2017 very shortly!

Signed up with my email address and requested brochure through the post and have received brochure and keep on getting emails from them but no 20p showing yet on my cashback page. As others have said if they cannot honour their agreement over 20p I certainly won't be booking a holiday with them. Good way of getting everyone's email address for them though.
