	This merchant used to be super-fast paying but for the past year I've had to submit missing cashback claim for every order I've placed with them. Really disappointed. I won't be using them or recommending them any longer.

	They did not pay my cashback as they stated I was referred by a different site which I wasn't. This was also my first purchase and their website offered a £5 discount off your first order. Evry time i clicked through to the payment screen this £5 discount disappeared. I did eventually get this refunded by complaining to their customer service team.

	I have used Pet Supermarket for several years and on the whole pleased with service and cashback however the last couple of orders have failed to track and have two open claims at the moment

	I have had 3 transactions that have not tracked. All were clicked through correctly. Not particularly impressed.

	5 days after order, I received an email to say they couldn't source my items and would be refunding me in a few days time. So over a week with my money for nothing. They "feel frustrated" they cant complete my order. So frustrated that I can go on their site today and still order the same products. Plus, their email contained an email address of another customer. Will not be using them again. Oh, and the sale didn't track...

	I can't fault Top Cashback for their part in this but the Merchant.. I won't use them again. I have given 1 star for the most part for the merchant and 5 for the quality of the product - i regularly buy the product therefore I know its of good quality. I used them as they were slightly cheaper than my usual supplier for the dried food I wanted and I needed it quickly so I paid the additional £5 to have it delivered with 1-3 days. I got my order after 8 days, at no time was I updated to tell me that any of my products were out of stock and they were waiting for them to come in. I called them after 4 days and the Customer Service Advisor was not really very helpful basically telling me to phone back tomorrow before 5.. surely they could have contacted me by email? To make matters worse, the transaction didn't track so when i logged it with Top Cashback they received a reply saying i'd used some other affliate to get to their site - which I didn't I clicked their link and the timeframes match for my order and when I purchased from them. I will stick to my usual supplier as they are reliable, deliver on time and keep me informed and I know my cashback tracks.

	Normally Pet Supermarket cashback tracks and becomes payable very quickly, but lately this hasn't been the case. For my last 5 or 6 orders I've had to submit missing cashback claims, which then take weeks to be resolved (I still have 3 active claims dating back as far as March 2014). I have to say I am not impressed and will be looking at other pet products merchants.

	The cash back tracks quickly and pays on time. However, I have recently had a problem with a order and the customer service I had received was appalling. I have been lied to and messed about by members of staff at this retailer and it's breached the distance selling regulations. Very disappointing. I won't use them again.

	Tracked very quickly and went to payable very quickly. Item arrived from pet supermarket without any problems and as stated. Would definitely use again.

	Great service from merchant and items always delivered quickly but same can't be said for cashback speed, I still have confirmed transactions waiting to move to payable from August 2013 so the 6 weeks they quote is not correct

	Good products, good prices but let down by using Hermes for deliveries. Had to claim for cashback on all my purchases though and still waiting for some to be paid.

	I can't recommend this trader as the goods I bought were badly damaged and some were lost. The packaging was Ok so I think the damage occurred before the goods were packed.

	I ordered on 3 separate occasions with PetSupermarket through TopCashback and never got any of the claims back. Shame, as there are many good reviews stating they had good cashback service.

	The service itself was ok from pet supermarket but they didn't pay out any cashback for no obvious reason even though I went through the usual channels and lodged a claim. Given most petfood suppliers prices are fairly similar I will try another for cashback next time.

	Cashback did not track in Jan 2013. Raised a ticket with topcashback only to be told today that Pet Supermarket are not paying out. Con Artists!

	Cashback did not track, have had to lodge a cashback claim. Item itself arrived quickly (within four days) but the outer packaging was quite beaten up upon arrival. Better packaging is needed.
