I have used this site a number of times and really recommend them. Their prices are very competitive - and include postage. Rapid delivery with goods well packed. Cashback tracks almost immediately & they've never failed to pay in a sensible time.
Wish all companies worked like this!

Very poor regarding cashback, waited 5 months then they come back with 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' meaning I got cashback or used a voucher code with another merchant against my purchase, absolute rubbish!!!. Wont be using them again!!!

really can't fault this site, i've ordered from them on a number of occasions now with quick delivery, and free! with good prices as well. will def use on a regular basis for my dried cat food.

Unreliable company.
Delivery is soemtimes within a few days, as they promise. Another time they wait for weeks, ignoring messages and emails, then send an email saying some products are out of stock and my order is therefore delays.
Customer Disservice are a waste of time and money.
Used to be a great company, getting less and less reliable. I've had enough and will take my business to a company who deliver what I've order - or let me know when there's a problem.

Shocking. After 14 months they have decided my (valid) claim is not valid as I came via a different route. I simply don't believe it takes them 14 months to make that claim - I think they got fed up with TopCashBack chasing and declared my claim invalid. 14 months? Rubbish! Will not shop here again.

No cashback received, and after 12months the retailer still hadn't responded to cashback claim. Topcashback were left to advise it was unlikely to be successful. If you are after cashback then choose another retailer. Other aspects of the service were satisfactory.

Had some issues recently with Yodel- seems they tell lies about "not being in" etc - more than once on a couple of deliveries - last delivery was good though. Pet supermarket offer prices are very good, customer services quite helpful and cash back seems to track every time and paid quite promptly. Super saver delivery terms are excellent with goods arriving quite quickly if Yodel perform.

I cannot praise this retailer too highly! Order arrived within three days - much cheaper than going to local chain store and with free delivery to the doorstep, I didn't have to lug 30kg of dried dog food about.

Although the purchase tracked back in April - it is now 1st August (4 months later) and they still haven't paid the cashback. I am a regular shopper with PetSupermarket (not through Cashback) and would expect a better and quicker response to my outstanding queries regarding the non payment.

I am having to give this company 5 stars as it is the only way to get comments ranked high up for all to see, but actually I am awarding 0 stars.
I have used this company many times and never had any problem until a few months ago when I received a load of live beetles crawling about in dried meal worms. Upon a letter to the CEO I had a response from his deputy and the problem was rectified. She was very apologetic citing a move from Tyneside to London and the lack of training in new staff to be the problem and she would sort it all so no further problems occurred. HOWEVER,I placed a new order on 1st April 2012 with online stating I would get a confirmation email of order. I have NEVER had an email for any order. It says delivery is with in 7 days excluding weekends and bank holidays, so taking that into account with Easter etc I should have had my order at least 5 days ago. The site says "processing". I get no response from the online form. They say they are only available 9-5 Mon -Fri: what kind of company (online or shop) operates those kind of hours these days?? I have tried phoning many times today which goes into a queue for 3 minutes and then just cuts out. My order is nowhere is sight and they can't be contacted. I would avoid as it sounds like they could be going under! (even my bank said it sounded strange when I have contacted them for refund- you have to wait 16 days with any online order and if not delivered it is breach of contract and order is cancelled). I am really disappointed as yet again another great company has gone downhill after changing from a small friendly business to a huge corporation where service is nil and the ability to contact them impossible. AVOID!!
