Cashback declined. Probably because we used one of their other '2-for' deals (if we didn't it would be ridiculously expensive). Papa John's is better pizza anyway...

BEWARE! - Always tracks correctly but, despite offering only 1% cashback to existing Pizza Hut customers, even this miserly amount is regularly "Declined" at a later date without ANY notification! = (MY CUSTOM DEFINITELY LOST FOREVER!)
