Have ordered twice for pizza delivery via Topcashback and whilst there are good discount codes available to use, neither one of the 2 orders I placed tracked so have had to submit 2 manual claims which I am still waiting on...not a good cashback experience so far for a small amount as well!!

What a disappointment - i should have read others comments first before using them, cashback appeared almost straight away and within 3 days had returned to zero 0.00p - what a joke, should be removed from Topcash !!!!

Pizza wasn't very nice....and In regards to spending £34 something and expecting around 8% cashback it tracked to 0.00 so annoyed only ordered from Pizza Hut in the end so I could get the cashback!!

The cashback tracked quickly. But the pizzahut merchant seems to have rejected the cashback for some reason, even though I am a new customer. I am planning to raise a claim , but I am not sure how it will work out as some of the other folks here also seems to have faced the same issue

Pizza Hut have declined my cashback, I have no idea at all why. This is the second time I have ordered goods from Pizza Hut via Top Cashback and no cashback has been received for either purchase. Won't bother in future.

My friend made a new registration with Pizza Hut and ordered for the both of us. He was a new user and the first time he ordered.
Transaction tracked quickly, but after a week Pizza Hut declined the cash back. I've now raised a query which could take 2-3 months.
Nice attractive cash back but for only new customers which is lame, and they decline the cash back anyway.
