Woo cashback, but the pizza etc. took 66 mins to arrive and were cold, no explanation or apology. Inedible, wont be using again whatever level of cashback they offer!

Some of my cashback has just become payable from this merchant - all of 30p, which was probably my new customer purchase. Not sure how long I waited for this one, but I also have 3 other payments, (totalling 21p!) which so far have not tracked, and which are waiting for the merchant to respond to claims I have lodged. They are all from April and May this year, (2013).
The original 30p did not track either, but I find that lodging a claim shortly after purchase ensures neither I or TopCashback forget about it. Clearing cookies before navigating to the merchant is vital, and probably because I do this religiously, I have never had a claim declined.
The 1% cashback offered for Pizza Hut is tiny, of course, and we don't spend much on pizza anyway, but I can't order from Pizza Hut via Hungry House or Just Eat, so I just do it through here anyway and reckon that even pennies saved add up in the long run.
As for the quality of the food, well, it apparently isn't everybody's cup of tea, but but we always enjoy it. :)

We don't mind the pizza's but the cashback doesn't usually track. However, beware. If the pizza hut doesn't deliver you can't use the discount codes even if they are for collection orders.

Pizza hut cashback is disgraceful- I have 2 cashback claims from July 2012 which still haven't been paid in February 2013!

Cashback never tracked & when i put in a missing claim it took 8 + months to get sorted only to be told a number of reasons why it was declined!! Very frustrating ! I won't be using them again.My order was around Aug where there seems to be a lot of bad reviews with users reporting similar problems with regards to cashback claims

Disappointed with Pizza Hut here, had a discount code which never worked on all codes we tried. Had to call up in the end and missed out on the cash back! Pizza Huts fault not topcashback here

Absolutely awful experience.
The Pizza was under sized (medium not large as ordered), it was cold, clammy and stale. And made me ILL!
I put two and two together and realised that the undersized pizza was a ‘return delivery’ that had been sitting on the hotplate for god know how long (hents wrong size and stale). I made a complaint to Pizza Hut HQ, but I received the standard unsympathetic replay, 'Thank you for using our service, sorry but we aren’t interested, go away'.
To top it all off, the cashback claim was declined by retailer!
This was 15 months ago, and still annoyed by this ‘food’ vender.

Tracked with no problems and used a 50% off voucher code i found, confirmed and payment no problems- got the amount that i was expecting.
Cant say much for the pizza tho! haha
