Disgraceful...Plumbworld is Not honouring the cashback offered despite 100% proof of purchase and fully tracked by TopCashback software.. Avoid this company and their shoddy goods and failure to pay cash back they offer to tempt you to buy from them!! AVOID!

Price of goods competitive and delivered promptly, but incorrect cash back awarded initially. After reporting to Topcashback the correct amount was confirmed, but still awaiting payment over 4 months on which is unsatisfactory.

Goods arrived on time although part of a cornice was broken. Contacted their Customer services dept & a replacement was sent promptly. Bought an entire bathroom suite & was a little disappointed that the cashback was only 2.5%.

I agree with daithuan's comment of "06/07/2009 07:20:00".
1. PlumbWorld should be removed.
2. According to TopCashBack Tracking Reliability is 99%, I am surprised.
3. I have raised a query and TopCashback advise "....there is virtually no likelihood that we will be able to recover the cashback that you have been expecting in response to this claim, as the merchant has not been very forthcoming in looking to resolve your claim".
4. If you have had a problem with this merchant please ask TopCashBack to remove this merchant.
