Still waiting for missing cashback of over £30 since early July. Despite repeated nudges and messages posted have not even had a reply from TCB since they sent my missing commision claim to Plumbworld in mid July. Not impressed.

Great value products, however I had to open an enquiry as my order didn't track. Service was slow and inefficient, as they only use e-mail communication. Delivery took longer than expected, as two days after my order had been confirmed via e-mail they requested further identification before dispatching the goods. This is also the second occasion I have used this company and found the wrong products in the correctly labled boxes. It took over a week for them to acknowledge they had supplied the wrong legs to my bath.
