Transaction did not track initially, but after a month it appeared under "confirmed". I had initiated a missing commission claim in the interim period, but it looks like the transaction eventually tracked independently of the claim process, and I closed the claim.

18th August i purchased from plumbworld and to date - 14th OCTOBER - nothing, not even the transaction, has appeared in my account. I should have received over £10 in commission

Cashback not yet acknowledged from 3 weeks ago. plumbworld say they don't pay out the cashback and that it all comes from topcashback, who seem to imply its the retailer that coughs up.
