Customer service from Plusnet is reasonable. Although when my broadband transferred I was left without Broadband for 9 days due to Plusnet attempting to install their equipment before my previous supplier had disconnected. Broadband speed is below what I am used to. Previously I achieved a consistent 9.5mbs regardless of time of day. I now get around 6mbs. Upload speeds are dire averaging at 0.35mbs. So if trying to upload photos for processing this can take a while. While Plusnet is above average for customer service they are let down by below average internet speed.

Cannot recommend highly enough. Just got fibre broadband &home phone. Saving £10 per month on previous supplier got £105 cash back which tracked immediately and was payable in less than 2 weeks! Great service only one minor gripe - when ringing plusnet customer services it can take a while to get through. Otherwise excellent!

An excellent and reliable fibre broadband provider for us. The only negative experience as a customer is their extremely hard-to-navigate account management website. Cashback took a little while but arrived without intervention.

Been with plusnet a while now and am happy to recommend them. Unlimited broadband & calls only £2.75/month at the moment - additional £5 for unlimited calls. Pretty good deal. Use me as your referrer - riley6 - thank you.

I moved from BT to Plusnet via TopCashback for an unlimited broadband and anytime phone package. By doing so I have saved £20 per month and gained £73.50 cashback (which tracked within minutes and was payable within 3 weeks!). The move was quick and seamless and went through with no problems at all and despite what BT told me when I left them, our broadband speed has increased since moving. Great service from Plusnet and TopCashback!

Don't waste your time. CONSTANT problems and on going after 11 months of being with them. About 8 engineers in total (ALL of which could have been avoided as the problem lies at the exchange about 5 miles away) After going from about 2.0 with last provider, then for up and down constantly with more problems and engineers AND STILL NOTHING RESOLVED) the internet speed is NEVER more the 1.0 - IN THIS DAY AND AGE ITS JUST NOT ACCEPTABLE, dial up was quicker !! TAKE A SCREEN SHOT OF WHAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU THEY PROVIDE. everything basically is going through BT so its just even more time consuming when things go wrong and the people you are paying for your service (PLUSNET) can't really be bothered to resolve the problems they continue to cause. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE LOW PRICES, THE BROADBAND SPEED IS JUST NO WHERE CLOSE TO OTHER PROVIDERS. EVER SINCE WE REGRETTABLY CHANGED WE HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO PLUG US IN TO BEGIN WITH WHEN WE CHANGED OVER 5 DAYS LATER I HAD TO RING THEM TO DO THIS. THEN THEY SENT A FAULTY ROUTER WE HAD TO PAY FOR, OH THE LIST OF PROBLEMS JUST GOES ON. NOT TO MENTION THE AUTOMATICA ANSWER MACHINE YOU NEVER REQUEST NOR ARE TOLD ABOUT THAT TAKES ALL YOUR PHONE CALLS AND NOT THE ANSWER MACHINE I WOULD RATHER PAY MORE AND GO ELSEWHERE FOR A BETTER SERVICE AS NOTHING HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RESOLVED IN THE LAST 11 MONTHS WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM. IF THAT ISN'T ENOUGH TIME TO RESOLVE ANY PROBLEM, THEN I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WARNING - BUY YOUR BROADBAND ELSEWHERE !!!

I have been using TCB for years without any problems but Plusnet rejected my claim. Annoying I can't let them know how disappointed I am which is a real sham as the service was very good. I am voting with my feet, goodbye Plusnet.

Placed an order, went though fine, phone line and broadband both supplied on the top package. TCB tracked as it should, this has now been declined by the retailer! Will be changing my ISP as soon as contract is up.

Please be aware that other users trying to get you to put in their codes so THEY get a referrers bonus, WILL INVALIDATE YOUR OWN CASHBACK! If you want to earn cashback, do NOT put in a referrers code. Apart from that, Plusnet are excellent. Great product, great customer service, great prices, great cashback and paid very quickly.

Plusnet the best isp I have experienced to date customer service second to none and based in uk. My cashback paid out promptly so added bonus.. Also if you decide to sign up it asks you on about the 3rd page if you have been recommended or refered by anyone if you would be so kind to put in "bnightingale" and provider plusnet ,i will recieve a 50p discount a month from my bill you could then post on here and do the same. Update 7 weeks later after plusnet declined my £80.80 cashback Plusnet have now successfully tracked my transaction with the help of me raising a complaint through TopCashBack after Plusnet declined it! £80.80 is now enroute directly to my bank account for just me being persistent and keeping my side of the cashback deal and chasing them up to keep theirs! Topcashback have provided me with excellent support to get this cashback by me just raising the issue once and leaving it with them to deal with Plusnet. now a much happier customer and I can recommend Plusnets broadband + line rental service which has been 100% reliable so far since its activation in June 2013 amd thier cashback dead added great value to my order. Many thanks to Topcashback and Plusnet for working together for me and my money :)

I've been a happy plusnet customer for a 3 years now. The broadband has been very reliable and every time I needed to contact customer services they have quickly sorted out any issue I had. As for the referrals system - this will not affect any cashback or other deals available to you when you sign up, but beware of some people trying to con you! For example, mr "hotdeal" is only asking you to put that code in the "referrer" section for his own benefit, not yours! As a plusnet customer, if you "refer" any new customers you will receive either 50p or 25p per month off your bill, depending on the product chosen. So if you are going to sign up anyway, you might as well list someone from this forum as your referrer! It's a small bonus, but every little helps. After you've signed up, list back on here with details of whose username you used so that the benefit can be shared evenly between all. If you'd like to use my username, it is "grimnog". Thanks!

Excellent broadband speed and service! Cheapest price for unlimited 76mb package in the UK and its not throttled, no stupid 75% decrease in speed like Virgin media. Cant fault this service at all and amazed to see the speed difference. To get extra discount enter hotdeal for refferer code when signing up! Worked for me!

All in all Excellent company, Just had a minor hitch regards to my cash back first couple of weeks showed it was pending, than went to declined. I had to get topcashback investigate the claim they sorted the cashback in month, worth for £70.70 & 6 months half price excellent deal on fibre. Also plusnet promised me 36mb fibre and they are giving 48mb speed. i cant really fault this company been great experience so far.

Spent £141 for a years broadband and phone package - supposed to get up to £80 cashback according to the click through deal using topcashback - Then a week before my broadband order is due to be switched over to PLUSNET - My cashback offer was DECLINED WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REASON! ABSOLUTE JOKE. I`ve raised a complaint for a review through topcashback and if they do not give me the offer stated, I shall switch to SKY and never use Plusnet again! My first purchase with them and it has been a terrible experience.
