Very happy with the activation process, customer service and broadband for the last 4 months. Cashback didnt track but after lodging a claim £70 is now payable so can't complain.

Ordered on 24 April 2013, cashback appeared in minutes, moved to payable on 04 June 2013. Product is perfect no problems, great speed. Only wish I waited a week to move as the cashback went up by double on an offer. Still you cant win them all.

Despite paying £144.36 on 09.03.13. Plusnet are denying that i paid this even thou i have an invoice number hence i have received no cash back. We all live in hope.

Be carefull as transaction are tracked at wrong amount. Singed up for fibre and home phone Expected £101 as advertised but tracked only £38. I will logged claim but have to wait for 7 days so if cashback amount will not be changed I will cancel my order with them

Be cautious ... purchased Unlimited Broadband and Homephone (12 months line rental saver in advance), cashback only tracked at £38 and not £80. Logged dispute but currently on hold for 7 days.

I am very pleased with PlusNet; I have been a customer for nearly two years now. The customer service is efficient both by telephone to them and also online I always receive a prompt reply and response. I have queried price plans that are advertised for new customers only and have been given the same deal without quibble.

Plusnet are certainly the best ISP around! Cashback rates are good, confirmed 4 weeks in, so hopefully. and paid the following day. Join today for £101 cashback! Also if you refer me as jleeson27 on the referrals page when placing your order, we both receive a discount on our bills. No other ISP offers this. Top work plusnet :)

It's worth noting that the deal through TCB isn't necessarily the best here. The unlimited Broadband and calls package is available through uSwitch for £4.99 for 9 months, then the regular £9.99 for months 10-12, which works out better value than getting the cashback deal.

My cash back was tracked and showed up on my account and today i have just checked and it has now been declined. Dont know why as was a new customer with no referal from anyone just the tcb link for fibre optic broadband and home phone calls and line

Ordered fire & home phone line on 1st april. Installed very quickly. Cashback tracked almost instantly but today has gone to 0.00 payable. Very unhappy. The service from plusnet is so far very good. Shame about the non payout. Have submited a claim but wont hold my breath.

I finally changed my broadband from years with Orange to plusnet in December,it was very easy to do nd I had no touble with Plusnet at all. Cash back was paid quickly too,i am paying a lot less with plusnet and less hassle than Orange. I would certainly recommend them. If anyone would like to do a referral,my name is takethatfan :)

Ordered new line, broadband and essentials phone (pre paying 12 month line rental is cheapest). Longest wait was waiting for BT Engineer to install new phoneline to house and not PlusNet's fault. Have been with PlusNet for around 3 months now and have found their broadband to be fast and effective (no downtime) and easy to set up. Plug in router and you are more or less up and running in no time at all:-) Highly recommended service provider & products. Please use my referral name (northwestgirlie1) when signing up. YOU WILL STILL GET YOUR CASHBACK (I used a referral code as well as a TCB link and got my cashback no problem). Don't forget - please use my referral name northwestgirlie1 . Thank you.

Wish I had stayed with sky - the fibrebroadband has been terrible with slow speeds & stuttering. Plusnet blame BT, BT blame plusnet and we are piggy in the middle. To add fuel to the fire they have today declined the cashback despite me signing up to an 18 month contract for unlimited fibre and home phone. Avoid at all costs!!

so I signed up to plusnet and I didn't have a problem. the broadband speeds are brilliants! it just the cashback that's the problem. it hasn't tracked so I raised it with TCB customer care but that was 3 months ago and still nothing! TCB really needs to sort this out as I know im not alone grrrr

don't waist your time or money swapping to plusnet NOTHING BUT HASSLE AND PROBLEMS FROM OCTOBER 2012 WHEN CHANGING OVER TO PRESENT MARCH 2013. Didn't bother to advise us of the answer machine (nor ask) engaged tone and an answer machine of our own which didn't work for over 4 months. it took constant emails and complaining about the telephone and internet going off and explaining about engaged tone and a BT ENGINEER TO COME OUT AND FIGURE IT OUT. CANNOT GET THROUGH TO ANYONE TO SPEAK TO ONLY SALES. SO FREEPHONE OR NOT, UNLESS YOU HAVE ALL DAY TO WAIST YOU DON'T GET THROUGH. NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO CONNECT US AFTER CHANGING OVER (I had to call them for this and managed to get through at about 4.30am) THEN THE ROUTER YOU MUST HAVE WAS FAULTY - SO HAD TO WAIT EVEN LONGER. HAD NO INTERNET FOR OVER 5 DAYS. MARCH 2013 CONSTANTLY COMPLAINING THEY PLACED AN INTERLEAVING THING ON THE PHONE WHICH SPEEDE THINGS UP BUT THE CONNECTION IS GOING OFF AT LEAST ONCE A DAY AND ONE TIMES FOR OVER 5 HOURS COMPLETE WAIST OF TIME AND JUST NOT A SERVICE THAT I WOULD ADVISE YOU GO TO THE HASSLE OF CHANGING OVER TO, JUST TO FIND YOU HAVE EVEN MORE CONSTANTLY ONGOING PROBLEMS THAN YOUR LAST ISP (I KNOW YOU MAY THINK THAT ISN'T POSSIBLE) BUT JUST SWAP TO PLUSNET AND YOU WILL FIND IT IS !!! Todays speed 31ST MARCH 2013 test after telephone and broadband engineers actually arrived after 2 cancellations the speed is now 112 kbps (14kB/s) 48 kbps (6kB/s) ON A GOOD DAY !!!!!! NO RATINGS FOR ANY SERVICE FROM PLUSNET SO FAR BECAUSE WE JUST DON’T HAVE A USABLE ONE
