Be aware that Plusnet use different monitoring system for downloads and it is very easy to go over. Have had 3 other providers and never came near to download limit but have had to completely change my use of computer due to their system. Staff always pleasant and easy to access. Will not be renewing this contract.

Well have been with Plusnet for nearly a year now. Must say I am very impressed, no problems at all. May upgrade from the basic 10GB plus anytime calls to unlimited plus anytime calls. I will probably pay in advance for the line rental this time instead of adding on a monthly basis, as its a considerable saving, on top of the half price broadband they are offering at present. Super company and service. If you decide to switch please mention my name jacathome as recommendation.

The transfer over to Plusnet for my broadband then phoneline was seamless, they were really efficient and helpful and quick. However, despite definitely going through TCB, it automatically picking up the 50% discount they were offering at the time as well as £38.38 cashback, my purchase didn't track so had to submit a manual claim, 3 months later they have finally responded to TCB and disputed it saying I either used a promotional code not valid in conjunction with the cashback or went through a search engine/another merchant which is total rubbish. I accessed their website from TCB and 17.41 on 22/09 to complete the application and my confirmation email from them is timed at 17.56 so there's no way I went through anyone else. Really disappointed as whilst they are good on customer service, there were other companies offering a more competitive rate had I not taken the cashback into account. Do not bank on getting the cashback through this site as part of your decision to go with Plusnet as for some reason, they don't always acknowledge the transaction.

I have switched to Plusnet for both my phone and broadband. They offer excellent value and I found them to be very helpful throughout the changeover process. I signed up to Evening & Weekend Calls and the Line Rental Saver which in all saves a lot compared to BT. I have also got the Unlimited Broadband. My reference is wil126mot56, please use this as recommendation I will get a slight discount. I have left BT for this company and I cannot fault them. Lovely to speak to UK if any assistance needed. Paid line rental up front for a year. I got half price broadband, so price is superb and service is better than BT and I was paying BT 3 times as much. No regrets and glad I changed.

I have been with Plusnet for just over a year now and in my opinion they are an excellent, reliable internet provider with their tech support and call centres located in yorkshire rather than abroad so that is reassuring should you ever need to contact them. They offer a variety of packages to suit all requirements/budgets. You can have broadband only or include home phone in your package. I have both my broadband and home phone with them (they are good with offers on signup) & I pay my line rental up front annually so it works out about £40 cheaper than paying it each month! I have not encountered any problems since signup and have found their broadband to be reliable and affordable. Cashback via this site is very generous & tracked quickly and progressed to be paid! Customer service was quite good at sorting any problems out. However they refused the cashback with no reason and as I had to use the only date I'd visited them before up, I couldn't put a missed claim in, you can't reuse dates on here.

Wow doesn't get any better with these guys! In my opinion, plusnet can't be beaten for quality of internet service. And cashback available through this site - wow! Even better is the fact the helpdesk is located right here in Great Britain. Giving us a friendly, understandable, English speaking person at the other end of the telephone line. Got my cashback to begin with then they sent some offers through for friends and family and now I learn if someone new signs up and uses my user name "bnightingale" on page 3 where it says refered by of sign up I can get 50p reduction in my bill..You can post here and also do this after you join up too....But in the mean time if any of you could be so kind to say "bnightingale" refered you I would be very gratefull....And you wont regret joining plusnet I promise you

I switched to Plusnet via TCB a week ago and so far it has been a stress-free experience. Really simple on-line instructions to follow and I've already been advised of my switch date. Cashback tracked after 4 days so am well pleased with that. Even TalkTalk which I am leaving has played ball and has kept me up-to-date with the switch etc. In all, very impressed.

Using Plusnet at my fathers business and the service has been great so far. Signed up for the Fibre Extra + Anytime phone for our home so hopefully the service will continue to be be great at home as well as at the business. Absolutely appalling company. Was going to change over to them, then were offered a better deal with our exisiting provider. Plusnet confirmed our cancellation, however we woke up this morning to find we have no phoneline or internet as they decided to take our line over anyway! I have lost a fantastic offer with my original provider as I am no longer an existing customer and was not offered anything from Plusnet to compensate. I have reported them to OFCOM and will be making an official complaint. Be very careful in your dealings with them!

I've been a happy plusnet customer for a couple of years now. The broadband has been very reliable and every time I needed to contact customer services they have quickly sorted out any issue I had. As for the referrals system - this will not affect any cashback or other deals available to you when you sign up. As a plusnet customer, if you "refer" any new customers you will receive either 50p or 25p per month off your bill. So if you are going to sign up anyway, you might as well list someone from this forum as your referrer! It's a small bonus, but every little helps. After you've signed up, list back on here with details of whose username you used so that the benefit can be shared evenly between all. If you'd like to use my username, it is "grimnog". Thanks!

Just to say I've been with plusnet for over a year now and I'm happy with the service I get and the cashback was a bonus. I think it's worth buying 12 months line rental in advance because this saves you £3.50 per month(£9.49 instead of £12.99 after Nov 18 £10.49 instead of £13.99).Please tell them I recommended/referred you my username is WHITEAN.

Been with the company a few months now having applied via topcashback. Tracked quickly but took a couple of months to payout £38.38 which was excellent. This British call centre company is first class, offering Broadband/telephone line and calls all for less than £20 per month. Ive had no trouble and excellent service. They even give their customers a monthly discount for refering to friends. Should you decide to join the plus.net family please mention my username jacathome

Very pleased - tracked quickly with no problems - became payable when it said (3 months after service started) and payment just going through. No trouble with combined landline & BB service (except price rise just announced but it's still cheaper than previous O2 and BT. Hooray !
