	I've been a happy Plusnet customer for a couple of years now. The broadband has been very reliable and every time I needed to contact customer services they have quickly sorted out any issue I had. As for the referrals system - this will not affect any cashback or other deals available to you when you sign up. As a plusnet customer, if you "refer" any new customers you will receive either 50p or 25p per month off your bill. So if you are going to sign up anyway, you might as well list someone from this forum as your referrer! It's a small bonus, but every little helps. After you've signed up, list back on here with details of whose username you used so that the benefit can be shared evenly between all and not hoovered up by the most regular poster! 	PlusNet UK has launched a new promotion that offers 4 Months FREE home broadband and calls across both their cheaper Value (10GB usage allowance – unlimited offpeak) and more flexible Extra (60GB usage allowance – unlimited offpeak) packages, which also includes FREE activation (normally worth £25). 	In my opinion, plusnet can not be beaten in quality of internet service. AND Cashback aavilable through this site - wow! Even better is the fact the helpdesk is located right here in Great Britain. 	Very easy to to switch to Plusnet,informed me of the process,addressed questions promptly and that was before I was a customer. Since I signed up via Topcashback back in November 2011 I cant praise them enough as I have found them to be most efficient,good value and consitently reliable. With the cashback promotion made the deal even more appealing even though I switched because of consumer reviews and price I was even more pleased! Transaction failed to track so I had to submit a manual claim for cashback,something that was updated quickly and recently paid.

	Great switching service with friendly customer service, was informed every step of the way where the account stood and what was happening during the switching process. And on top of that they paid out the cashback before estimated date.

	After numerous mails to topcashback, finally got an email that the merchant is going to pay me back. It eventually tracked back to me after 3 months... please make sure you note the date and time you buy products from here to fight your corner.

	Did not track for me or three referrals. We all had to manually track our purchases. Having done that, we are all still waiting for the cash back over 4 months later. Probably the slowest we've ever experienced.

	Please add my user name: woodburn636 as a referrer when you sign up. Cashback tracked immediately. I cannot recommend plusnet enough they offer an excellent service (if needed) and a variety of packages to suit everyones needs a competitive prices. I simply needed a cheap connection and have found Plusnet to provide a reliable, fast connection without 'Drop Outs'. I have not experienced any problems.

	If you are an old woman who checks their emails once a week then plusnet is fine, however if you actually use your broadband connection - ie p2p, usenet etc then forget it because unless you pay an extra fiver a month you will be a victim of their hideous traffic shaping policy. When i spoke to customer service I actually had to explain what usenet was.

	moving to plusnet from talktalk the best thing i did never had a problem with this company and call center in uk. at the moment you get half price phone and broadband too i just paid my line rental in advance for the year so cost just over £9 a month compared to bt a huge saving. when you sign up on page 3 or 4 there is a slot saying where you recommended by someone if you where kind enough to put bnightingale in that box i will get a 50p a month discount off my bill too. move to plusnet you wont regret it brendan

	Usnet offer a fibre service, if you can get it in your area it's well recommended! Its far superior to standard broadband, although does cost a little more! Cashback received fine.as always

	Was advised prior to transfer my number can have permanent Bar when I call have called 9 times now being advised yes your feature is on. But never was , I even sent an email to the MD who did reply promptly saying some one would contact me.well that 4 hour call was received 49 hours later and only to be told we don't support call withheld why not tell me that on day one and not string me along. To date customer service shocking even for Yorkshire standard, but broadband does what it says on the packet just hope nothing goes wrong and I need to call customer service.

	The service and advice I recieved from plusnet was excllent. Communication has been by on line chat, telephone and e-mail. The change of telephone provider went smoothly and on time. Setting up the broadband was simple and worked within expectations. The broadband service is quite slow due to my distance from a local exchange but the speed has matched that predicted by plusnet before I accepted the package. I have found the service very satisfactory so far and I amsaving money compared with any alternatives on offer in my area.

	I signed up for value broadband back in July as I was looking for a cheap broadband connection with PAYG terms and conditions and no hidden charges. I have been delighted with Plusnet. Their customer service is very good and their value terms quite generous... ideal for someone looking for simple broadband. Cashback was tracked and though it was not paid out until the end of November, I believe this is quite standard.
