I’ve been delighted with Plusnet’s service since joining. Any difficulties have been promptly resolved and their staff have been very helpful. What I didn’t realise when joining up – and was pleasantly surprised about – was that with their Value broadband which is up to 10 GB usage allowance per month, you also get unlimited free usage between midnight and 8am. Happy to recommend and for my referral code to be used (riley6).

Plusnet has provided an absolutely flawless service. Not one dropped connection or router error. I have never had cause to contact them for any problems. If my review has helped you decide to sign up then please use referral name ....gonzopete.... and help me save a couple of pence on my bill. Best broadband provider I've ever used and I live in the middle of nowhere with a speed of 0.25mb! No problems switching does not disconnect (which sky always did). Had to send missing cashback claim but seem to have to do that for everything these days even though site says everything is working. Chased up and awaiting cashback - nice bonus for top service - recommended.

I ordered a week ago and still no cashback has been tracked. I just read that because I entered the promo codes I can't get cashback as well. This is sneaky and the cashback would have been a better offer than the 3 months free. BEWARE of this.

Been with Plusnet a few months now & they've been brilliant. Cashback tracked same day for Broadband & Home Phone. They now have a great offer on until 10th October, where you & I can get 3 months Broadband free each. All you have to do is put in the special code (refer 3) when signing up. The cashback was good but switching broadband was a bit of an ordeal. Took far longer than expected and there were mistakes on my bills.

I left a comment a few moments ago and was reading through other comments and may have come across the reason why I am not being paid. It may be because I contacted customer services because they did not connect me on the date they had informed me they would, therefore Plusnet are considering the transaction as not having been completed wholly online! The cheek! BEWARE of this little trick. And be prepared to be without internet because as soon as you contact them, you lose your cashback. UNBELIEVABLE!

Placed order on 27 March 2010 and Plusnet cancelled my service with previous ISP but did not connect me with them despite providing MAC code and following procedure so that service was not interrupted. Customer services were very economical with the truth despite sending me text messages previously about connection date and would have charged me for time I was not with them if I had not kicked up a fuss. Cashback for £38 tracked but 3 weeks later the amount was showing as £0.00! Had submitted a missing cashbach claim on 19 April 2010 but still no news despite many regular nudges. Simply not good enough on the part of both Plusnet and TCB. Needless to say I am very disappointed.

paid out relatively quickly, decent service from plusnet although the basic offer usage is quite low and i had to upgrade, still not bad for £20.

Three months free broadband are available to anyone joining before 10th October 2010. Use promotion code 'refer3', without the quote marks. Then enter my username as a referrer: 'brucebolt' again without the quote marks. I will also receive a discount on my monthly bill. Cashback tracked very quickly. Customer service seems good.

My experience with Plusnet has not been good.It took 9 weeks for me to get broadband in my new house because of the previous occupant not cancelling their broadband subscription.Originally tracked after the service was up and running but has now become nought.Apparently their position is that they pay out for transactions completed wholly online,so if they don't provide the service and you ring (on premium rates of course) to enquire about progress you don't get it.There does not appear to be apoint when they recognise the flaw in this.i.e.They don't supply the service and then penalise you for having the temerity to complain.When i finally got connected discovered a load of update messages. The ability to access these was denied me because they had not supplied me with broadband.generally Customer service is poor -why do communication companies have little or no ability to communicate?The service itself seems fine ,just hope it continues that way as the only method of communication seems to be premium rate calls.

I placed order for broadband and phone on 10th sept. it has just gone live after being without broadband for over 12 hours. Disappointed in customer service so far. It failed to track and have submitted manual claim.

Cashback was due 30/06 asked to wait an extra month, then an extra month coming up for the 3rd "extra month" now. In my experience not a reliable payer. Last payments for anybody were in July! I realise cashback is never guarenteed but sometimes it's the deciding factor between two similar products. Plusnet offers a good service at a good price but their cashback needs to be sorted.

ive been with plusnet for 8 months now and they are like a breath off freshair compared to my last supplier... cant recommend them enough...on top of this they do a referal discount scheme which takes money off you monthly bill. if you where kind enough too put "bnightingale" in the referal box i would get between 25pence and 50pence a month discount. not a lot but it all helps..give them ago with or without adding me as your fererer they are good...

Ordered broadband and home phone on 1st April, didn't track, despite using the test tracking tool, and many nudges later, still haven't received my £38.00 cashback. Reason? Waiting for retailer. Not impressed.
