Misleading - beware!
I booked several deals with them and the rate is always lower. They also take up to 11 months to investigate any disputes and then turn them down anyway. Having some cashback is certainly welcome, but just be prepared to receive a half (at best) or a quarter (most likely) if you deal with them.

Very Poor Experience with P&O. Tracked at £0.00, then Confirmed at £0.00, then changed to Claimed at £0.00. Submitted a claim to be told its declined. Still not received my cashback been nearly 3 months for a ferry crossing that took 12 hours. Claim now on a log. Last time that took nearly 2 years to resolve.

Booked 3 crossings with P&O It has never tracked. 1st time lodged a claim and eventually they paid out. My 2nd claim is still outstanding after 5 months and the 3rd hasn't tracked again. Very poor.

Fantastic rate for cashback and products are great BUT tracking is rubbish, always have to open a missing cashback claim, and payout is slow. Such a shame as they are a great company to travel with.
