Like alot of others tracked quickly but then payout went to zero, I agree why are TCB allowing purple parking to be on here when so many people are not being paid out, am using them in a few weeks so will give you an update on there service.

On returning to Purple Parking near Heathrow recently, picking up my car , a loud rattling noise could be heard coming from the left front wheel . Driving the car was impossible, as the rattling noise only increased. Something had obviously happened to my car while in Purple Parking's care. The "supervisor" seemed unhelpful, just telling me to call the AA, shrugging off any responsibility, but supplying a cup of coffee...;-) Not being a member of any breakdown service for a while added to the situation, as it cost me £ 140 to instantly join the AA, in order for a mechanic to come out. 3 hours later ...the AA mechanic diagnosed the problem as a broken coil spring caused by forceful driving into potholes, but not repairable at roadside though. Judging by the mud splatters all over my car I could only imagine what had taken place during my 5 days absence. The car was un-driveable and an upgrade to AA "relay" was inevitable and cost another £67...(ok my own fault for not having renewed my breakdown cover...) Repair job at garage the next day, cost for coil springs £300 incl VAT I called Purple Parking customer service, who eventually agreed to re-inburse the £300 repair cost....I am still waiting, but its only a week so far;-) n.b. The AA guy mentioned to me that these situations are not isolated cases..... conclusion: Purple Parking do pay for damage proven to be caused by one of their drivers. BUT ..the inconvenience and time spent to get your car home and repaired....... As for the cashback.. too recent, still waiting to be tracked. Got cashback once from PP via another site though

I've used the meet and greet service about a dozen times. The last time I had 20 quid stolen out of my car. Be sure to take all valuables out of your car before leaving. it's a shame that one employee had to ruin it for me, because up until then it was a good service. I've switched to BAA long term car parks and it seems an okay alternative so far.

Two Bookings and two cashbacks rejected - money arrives in my account and is zeroed within days - this has happened twice . The actual service is good , just don't book through CASHBACK as they don't pay. You can get the booking cheaper elsewhere through your airline and you'll proabably get miles. TCB staff have told me not to rely on PP paying - they say if they do it's a "bonus" !! Well that's two that I've not been paid in teh last 6 months now

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Same issue as everyone else - it initially tracked correctly but then became payable at 0. If so many people are having issues, why are they still allowed on this website?

Was scepticle at first as this was my first experience of Top Cashback. Although it took a little while now the money is in my bank I wish I had started doing this years ago. Brilliant

The cashback appeared in my account very quickly BUT THEN WAS ZEROED - It went from £17.00 to £0.00 for no reasoon at all . I made a claim and was told I would be getting nothing . TopCashBack have simply washed their hands of my claim . Having read others posts on this site I ma not the only one who has experinced this - Purple Parking may offer a good product , however they are not fit to be on TCB and should be removed - avoid if you want Cashback

Used the short term parking option which is highly recommended for a short holiday, ours was 10 days. Car number plate was photographed on entry and printed on ticket which then recognised the booking. Exit was already paid for so speedy get away from car park. Great service.

Great. Got parked in short stay for about the same price as long stay but without the bus ride. When I went to leave had managed to lose ref number but was still away quickly.

Tracked quickly,cashback was supposed to be 7.5% on a transaction of £39.95 in fact they have credited 75pence ,hopeless.
