Easy site to use, price was very competitive and the confirmation email I received gave me all the information/directions I required. However the cashback has yet to track so I've now put in a manual claim with TCB and we'll see how that goes. Seems whether it is the luck of the drawer whether it tracks immediately or a manual claim is necessary. I hope they don't let me down because I would like to use them again, I've lots of travel planned.

Twice now I have purchased through topcashback and twice cashback hasnt tracked. Opened a claim over 12 months ago and still not paid.

These cowboys (Purple Parking) should be reported to Trading Standards and Consumer protection agencies. None of my cashback were honoured in the last 3 months.

PURPLE PARKING USE TOPCASHBACK TO GET BUSINESS BUT DO NOT PAY THE CASHBACK PROMISED My cash back was refused. I will not use again. Purple Parking are saying that 'Another marketing channel was credited with the sale' this is not the case and they have no evidence, I believe that they just don't want to pay the cash back they promised and I will not use them again and I advise others not to either.

cashback not tracked but worse still when we got to the airport car park they didnt know anything about us! so had to pay full airport prices to park after our holiday! we have had a refund from them.....100% CON!!!

Tracking was within minutes of submitting my booking. Rate of cashback is very good too. Definitely recommend Purple Parking.

Cashback never received. Raised a ticket, but Purple Parking never paid up & TCB claim there's nothing they can do, so lost out on my cashback. They were a good price for what was needed, but the cashback would've been even better. Not very happy about it, but not a lot I can do. :-(

Never seems to track, always manual claim. Last two went through a claim, added to account then declined days later! Makes no sense and I'm down £15 cashback.

The merchant of Purple Parking is awful. I made purchase in June 2012, no track, made claim, TCB submitted it in early July 2012. It is still at the stage of 'Waiting for the Merchant'. Totally waste of my time. Be warned.

Terrible service from purple parking relating to cash back claim. Cash back initially tracked at correct amount and subsequently changed to 0.00payable.I lodged a cashback claim via customer care and once again it was recorded as 0.00 payable.

not impressed. purple parking declined my 100% genuine application, not impressed, so no cashback. actual carparking was no problem, very good , just a shame about purple parking, will stick with aph and the like in future tcb tried to sort it but to no avail, so look else where !!

The cash back was declined. Even with an inquiry this has not been settled and no solid reason given as to the rejection of the cashback by the merchant. I would be very reluctant to use this merchant.

Avoid if you expect to see cashback.Made 2 different parking period bookings but like many others the cashback sum from the both purchases was confirmed but when the amount became payable amount reduced to zero? Next journey I used park+go:tracked immediately,at a better c/back rate and for the same purchase price!Will not use purple parking again.

I have used this company twice over a 3 year period. Both times cashback has ended up being refused, Despite putting in manual claims. I believe the service they providet o be good and I have no complaints. I would advise that if you book them don't use cashback as a reason. Assume no cashback and if you do get one then it is a bonus.

Initially the transaction did not track and later via a claim it got tracked successfully. with the right amount. Later towards the payable date the cash back changed to 0.00 and was declined. Even with an inquiry this has not been settled. So I am very disappointed with the experience.

UNFAIR PURPLE PARKING!! Like everyone else has experience recently when it goes to beceome payable it goes to £0.00 when £7.18 owed - Not fair to do this to people, to entice them to use your service you offer good cashback rates and then not pay!!

absolute rubbish showed cshback on my account then disappeared after a couple of days I claimed the cashback showed up again then a week later mysteriously disappeared again so purple parking more like purple con job.
