	Claim declined, (awaiting TCB intervention but not holding breath with them either) and leaving the airport was a challenge as presented with a bill for £100s and operator at airport, though helpful, couldn't initially find our booking from the reference...........BE WARY

	Flagrant fraud by Purple Parking - I was denied as their system 'did not recognise TCB as the last click'. This is utter nonsense as I clicked through from TCB on desktop and completed my transaction. Purple Parking should be removed from TCB immediately as they are not honouring their TCB deal.

	Didn't track - wasn't due to problem my end. Lodged a claim, sent round the houses for months then Purple Parking rejected it. Has worked in the past but a bit hit and miss! Also note that the prices they quote on their website will vary considerably depending on where you click through from! (Negates the cashback somewhat...)

	Be careful as my cash back didn't track and when I placed a claim they stated they could not verify my purchase despite having a reference number of the transaction and the time and date..... Not very happy. – The company was good though

	I couldn't give a zero star rating. I have just had the cashback declined on my 3rd consecutive booking with Purple Parking with varying excuses for why they will not pay up. Be warned - do not expect to receive your expected cashback.

	I used to book with them a lot as it was a good service but they say new customers only and declined my last payment and so now use another company. Their loss.

	Claim declined as 'Top Cashback were not the last referrer'. I clicked through as normal so I can not account for this. Do not assume you will receive expected cashback.

	Inflated prices through TCB compared to using Purple Parking direct. You may be tempted still to go through TCB as i was with the cashback on offer it worked out cheaper just to have it declined for no reason! STEER CLEAR!!!

	No cashback if they have any kind of offer already so don't bank on getting it. There are other better and cheaper alternatives. Especially don't use their heathrow offsite parking, it's miles away so if use only have the meet and greet service both ends. Have used this company many times and sorry to say they're getting worse, competition caught up and overtaken them both for price and customer service...

	they declined my last cash back. I presume because I am not a new customer having used them many times. If they are not prepared to pay me the commission that they would otherwise give to their affiliates then may be I will park elsewhere. There is a lot of choices at Heathrow.

	Topcashback and Purple parking will NEVER pay. It will track but topcashback will never take that fact that it has been tracked by the retailer, into account. Purple Parking will NEVER EVER PAY. Don't waste your time tracking. Purple Parking is an not an honourable company in that respect. They have merely signed up to topcashback for some publicity.

	Buyer beware, Purple Parking operate a selective scam and con, where half of their cash back claims are rejected on the false basis "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale" , even though their TCB link was clicked on directly, and no 3rd party website, search engine were involve/clicked on . Avoid at all costs.

	I used this merchant several times, the booking and parking went well, just they refused all cashback referral AND NEVER PAID saying "top cashback was not identified as the last referrer to this transaction. Please note that this is not suggesting that you used another cashback website but indicates that another entity such as a search engine, comparison website, voucher code websites etc." NO CODE WAS USED JUST IGNORING TO PAY !!!

	The transaction tracked promptly as I immediately purchased after transfer from the TopCashback site.Purple Parking had IT issues with their website and I received several reminders to lodge information with them although I had done so, and on inspection the data was in fact there, a point acknowledged in telephone conversation with their staff. Not surprisingly therefore although the transaction was May and I used their services in September it was rejected in December much too late for me to cancel with them and look elsewhere. This does nothing for their reputation and in future I will avoid since getting cashback from this supplier seems unlikely to occur.
