I have used Purple Parking several times as their prices were reasonable. Then I found that I could get cashback on top - Bonus! BUT the two times I have used Purple Parking through Topcashback my claims have been missing and ... to make a long story short both my claims have been rejected. Not impressed!!!

They don't pay out claims and appear to make up excuses not to pay out. This is even after all cookies have been cleaned from the PC before visiting Topcashback and through to their website. Their excuse is that the claim did not come via Topcashback and instead it came from a different referrer but they won't reveal which website this is.

What a joke of cashback retailer. Raised claim for cashback and received reply through Topcahsback that Purple stated 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale', complete lie, as I see other people received the same excuse during the same period. Looks like they have a fail in their system and come up with excuses to not honour their cashback claim. Obviously no to use them again. Extremely dispointed, as even they can not disclose who is the another market channel.

Absolute waste of time. You never get the cashback and when you open a claim (might I add my claim took over 6 MONTHS to get a response) it just says another marketing channel has been credited with the cashback. Topcashback should remove this seller from their site as this has happened to me on around 3 occasions now for purple parking so it is not a one off.

BE CAREFUL, Purple Parking inflate their prices by the Topcashback discount amount, so there is no difference compared to going direct to their website. All other services are good.

Sneaky weasel-words from Purple Parking. Result: No pay-out. I made a valid purchase and my click through was logged by TCB, however my cashback claim was rejected by Purple Parking. When I asked why it was rejected their reply was ‘because another referral channel was used’…. NO other channel was used, I only use TCB. When I inquired as to which ‘other channel’ was supposedly used they declined to say. They declined to say?... How very convenient for Purple Parking to accusing me of using another channel and not say which one, so that I can’t fairly dispute their rejection. Very sneaky and dishonest behaviour. As a service it was adequate but I only chose to go with them because of the offer on TCB. No pay-out and lies from PP, very pee-pee poor.

I've had 4 claims in total got rejected in the space of 3 months, Purple Parking blamed me 4 times for the same reason! I personally think purple parking are dishonest and falsely advertising on your site, as I don’t have this problem with other companies from your site, just purple parking. Clearly their not honest and abusing your site for free sales! I work in marketing, and at the company I work for(Post Office), I use Topcashback as an affiliate to sell two our products, so i know how you process works. This is why im disputing this, as i know why it's important for you to be the last referrer in order for you to pay out. Which is why i take strict measures, to make sure you're the last referrer before purchasing. Again I stress, it's impossible for these to be tracked incorrectly (another entity pick up) because I cleared my cookies, typed your web address into the browser and I did not use anything but your site, i was very careful and diligent about it. This is ridiculous, and impossible. I’ve had every single claim from purple parking rejected. I hope Topcashback are investigating them as a genuine cashback vendor?

Tracked by TopCashback without a hitch, Purple Parking web site easy to use & provided all the information required. Offered the best cashback rate for the product I was after. Booking made and within an hour TopCashback email advised that the money was in my account. Well done to both TopCashback and Purple Parking.

I have used Purple Parking for several years and have no problems with their service. I have purchased my parking through TCB on 2 occasions now and both times have had to put in a missing claim form. The first one was in January and have still not heard anything back. Really disappointed!

Another follow up to previous comments. Manual claim was refused on the grounds that I had gone through another site previously. Actually not true, they were recommended to me by a friend and I went direct to the site and as the price was right, booked there and then. That apart, I always clear the cookies and browsing history before doing any transaction. However I did get good service and the price was right so depending on what else is on offer I may be tempted to use them again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR CASHBACK! I carried out a genuine transaction via Top Cashback but they wouldn't pay out - quoting some nonsense about a search engine or other website being involved in the process. Needless to say I never received any cashback and it took 6 months to be given a reason as to why. Rubbish!

My cashback failed to materialise because, apparently, 'another marketing channel was credited with the sale' - very disappointed with outcome as not only do I always cleared my cookies and browsing history before using TCB, this time I actually didn't use a comparison site, as I had been recommended by a friend who assured me that Purple Parking would provide the best quote so definitely consider 'I've been robbed'!!!! However I was very pleased with the price I paid and the service I received so can't fault them on that and the cashback is always a bonus......next time though I will use a comparison site.

What a joke twice used purple parking, eventually got paid for last years a few weeks ago. Reported this years transaction got told that the transaction is void and wont pay out. If you after cashback from purpleparking think again, and shop somewhere else

Refused my cashback with the made up excuse my application was declined, when I paid them £50 for parking with a debit card and have the email confirmation to prove it. I used the parking and the cashback initially tracked ok. Avoid these cowboys.

Cashback refused after 5 and a half months as another company was "credited with the claim". I have since used skyparksecure and had faultless cashback payable within a week and also cheaper goods. Their loss at the end of the day it would seem!

Just a follow up to my last comment as I've now used my parking voucher. Operation was stress-free. We parked up, put our luggage in a trailer and were immediately whisked off to Term. 3. On our return we were told to ring an 0845 number as soon as the plane landed. I tried the number on a few occasions but unfortunately it was always engaged, however we took ourselves off to the meeting point and there was a Purple Parking vehicle already there which took us back to our car, no delay whatsoever and the driver was a delight.... will definitely use Purple Parking again...I've had to put a manual claim in for the cashback so fingers crossed this will come through which will make my experience even more memorable!!

Left at Heathrow for more than an hour and no bus turned up. Kept calling them and they said it was on its way. We could have walked back to the car park quicker. Transaction did not track and manual claim denied. I won't use them again

Claimed the cashback went elsewhere. I always ensure a clean browsing session clearing cache etc. No problems with other merchants but purple parking will avoid paying anything if they can. I will not book with them again.

While it seems that a lot of people are very satisfied with purple parking I was one of the unlucky few who are not. Cashback disappeared shortly after purchase and after lodging a claim it was rejected. I have always been very careful to clear cookies and follow all the instructions to have a successful cashback claim (over £500 so far claimed) purple parking have let me down. Not only was the cashback claim useless so was the service at Heathrow. We had to wait 40 mins to be picked up after ringing them from the terminal. DO NOT USE AND GO WITH SOMEONE MORE PROFESSIONAL.

My claim was rejected by Purple Parking, they mistakenly accused me of using an other discounting/promotions for the transactions (I hadn’t’). The really annoying thing is that they wouldn’t disclose which discount/promotion website that I had supposedly used, which makes me think they were deliberately avoiding the pay out on a genuine purchase.

Hi I took out Purple Parking via TCB on 22nd April. It wasn't tracked.. I notified TCB but nothing been done about it, It's nearly 4 months now.. I keep on Nudging but seems like I lost the cash back. I will never use Purple Parking specially via TCB.. Just a shame

parking was not the best. Used a meet and greet service. was told once we had arrived that the driver would be with us in 10 mins... 20 mins later and we were still awaiting. Same issue on the way back.... that and also they seem to used up half a tank of petrol whilst I was away... as for the cashback.... didn't track so raised a ticket, waited for 2 months and no reply and have since been refused the cashback! wouldn't recommend, much better booking your car parking through Manchester airports site of APH!111

Check the Purple Parking website direct it was £50 cheaper on direct quote and cash back rate wouldn't have covered the difference!
