	Missing Cashback It seems that qvc have just declined lots of cash back and they disappeared but now there are back. Seems a bit strange

	Good company, not good at paying out their cashbacks. I don't buy a lot from QVC but when I have, I have never got a cash payout from them, I currently have three purchases pending and one is from January, I know they are only for small amounts (one is only for 30p) but I don't think I will receive them. Shame really, as they are a good company.

	Tracked but Declined My very first purchase with TopCashback, not a great start. Tracked OK with correct cashback amount but declined 3 months later. Looking at previous reviews I'd be avoiding if relying on the cashback being paid.

	QVC Take years to payout, the only retailer I have issues with. I shop with QVC regularly and I have found that most of my purchases don’t track and I have to submit a claims form, the ones that do track are either declined or take years to pay. I’m still waiting to be paid for a number of purchases that are still pending going back to June 2023. I find it’s a terrible service from QVC that reflects badly on TopCashback.

	Very rarely pay out I order lots through QVC and very rarely get cashback paid out, especially on big deals and expensive items. Really poor as no real explanation is ever given.

	Cash back declined Cash back declined after 4 month wait following manual claim. Not sure why top cash back would continue to use them if this is a regular as it seems by the poor reviews.

	Terrible two orders placed no cashback tracked 2nd time I double checked i had gone through top cashback but again no tracking. Put in an appeal and yet again rejected. Don't bother as you will not get anything, if you can order elsewhere do so

	Never pays Have made a number of purchases from QVC and all but one have been declined by the retailer. Don't bother now going through topcashback for QVC purchases.

	Takes ages to pay out, but they do eventually pay out I’ve never had a problem with QVC paying out. Yes, they do take a long time to pay out, 6 months plus sometimes. The only issue I have had is topcashback not processing the correct percentage. An order should have been 6% but they processed it at 2%. I queried it and they ‘put it on ice’ until QVC confirm the payout……which will be in about 4 months time!

	Don’t pay Really don’t know why they don’t pay. It has lots of genuine deals and great customer service with regards to queries and returns, so don’t know why they tarnish their reputation by being on TopCashback.

	Always decline cashback I've purchased a lot from QVC and they have never paid cashback - it takes ages for them to respond to the purchase and always decline (in my experience). I'm not sure why they take part in cashback schemes as they are exactly the same on other cash back site. Topcashback: can you ask they why they are part of your scheme?

	Declined too often QVC seems to decline every purchase I have made through Topcashback so there's no point in using them. I can't understand why they do this and see other customers are having the same problem. Very disappointing that Topcashback aren't able to help at all.

	Very Poor My original transaction tracked and i cant understand why it has now been declined. I paid in full...no problems at all. Seems QVC have a habit of declining payouts. It was for £10 so disappointed.

	Overall satisfied. Usually pays out for me but can be slow, but then bound to be slower than other sites if you take into account their 60 day or even longer money back guarantee. I clear my history before visiting the site. I don't use Easy Pay as in the past it has been declined. I only order 1 item on each order, in case I want to return anything. Clearance items however don't seem to pay out or advanced orders. Hope these tips are useful.
