Some of my purchases have tracked, some haven't, still waiting for delivery although its now two weeks, put it this way you are lucky if you receive the items and the cashback, although it does not cost anything to try.

I have always been a qvc customer, so was really happy to find them on this site. Cash back has always been paid within given time scale and a real bonus because I would have used qvc anyway - nice one!!!

I am a QVC addict, because of the excellent poducts and prices especially the "Todays Special Value"(TSV) The 30 day money back guarantee is second to none because you really can try the product for 30 days before deciding if you want to buy it. The Customer Service reps are friendly and very helpful and all the phone calls are free. My only gripe is the postage, but on most occasions when buying the TSV - the product plus postage is still a lot cheaper than buying off the high street.
